Do not sign up for a trial!!
I’m having the same problem as many people on here, signed up for the free trial off the back of a google search showing they had some pdfs I wanted to read. When it became apparent the pdfs were clearly not available, I tried to cancel the service on the website but was unable to do so. Luckily I used PayPal and cancelled the reoccurring payment in there. Now they’re harassing me daily for 95 euros, telling me if I don’t pay it could affect my credit score. I’ve emailed countless times in response, but they are ignoring my emails.
Edit: I tried to cancel the service on the site, the cancel button was grayed out, so I cancelled the recurring payment on paypal instead. I have never used the service because google falsely showed you to have content that didn't exist. I have emailed asking for the service to be cancelled as soon as I received your first chasing email, but I have not received a response. I would appreciate it if you would show good faith and stop chasing me for money when I've clearly never used the site.

This is a scam. I have tried countless times to cancel the account, including within the cancellation period all to no avail. I have received threatening emails and now have received an email about debt collection. Considering the phone number provided does not connect this is ridiculous as there is no way to cancel the account. Do not sign up.

There are several ways to terminate our service: It can be made via email at info@usenext.de or by telephone. Our English-speaking customer hotline can be reached on 0049 89 - 20 17 20 16 (Telephone costs for a call to Munich / Germany) during our business hours (Monday to Friday from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m.).
You did not cancel until the 14-day test phase ended, which is why you signed up for a subscription with us.

I clicked on cancel account on the website and I emailed them twice within the trial period asking them to cancel my account.
They are now sending threatening emails stating that my 'costs have increased' and talking about debt collection and my credit score. Stay far away from this company - they will not let you cancel your account.

No response to emails after getting a reminder.
That did cost me extra money because instead of responding to mails, they let their credit company contact me, which did cost me extra money.
Reading the reviews, not answering emails is normal for Usenext.
Update 14-12-2021: A month ago they promised to get in touch with me. I also did send them a mail to cancel my account at the end of the payment period. I didn't hear a thing from them about my review and a solution and my account is blocked, so i did send a mail. A week later i did send a reminder mail. And still they didn't contact me after a month. Their response is only ment to let people think they care about their customers. The truth is that they only want money and have no intention to react to mails. I did send them a total of 8 mails in the last few months and they never ever responded.
Update 21-1-2022:
Still no response from them.

Unfair charges

Unable to cancel my free trial
I'm hoping this review might be able to help me, as I've seen that other people have had similar experiences and once they have left a review, they have been helped.
I signed up to this website through a link to a children's book PDF. However, once signing up it became clear that this wasn't linked to what I wanted and was just an advert promoted by the website. I've looked on my account page and I can't find an option to cancel my free trial online.
I have emailed with this concern and am yet to hear anything. Other people seem to have made this mistake and I'm hoping this might get me noticed in the same way!

By accident I created a free trial…
By accident I created a free trial account. Now I cannot remove this account. Tried mail, no response. Tried messenger, only one response but still nothing happened. So I do not recommend Usenext trial.
After a few days I got a positive response and the trial account is canceled by Usenext🙏🏻. Still confused why I was not able to remove this account myself.

Wrongly charged
I signed for a free trial and never received my username so Usenext charged me $AUD150.45 14 days later. I have submitted 4 tickets with no reply and sent two emails with no reply.
I would consider very carefully before signing with them

DON'T try out the trial period
DON'T try out the trial period. They make it impossible to cancel, and when you DID cancel via the online portal they don't send you a confirmation on purpose. I only realised this after they suddenly took almost 100 euros from my creditcard. Impossible to get my money back since they don't send confirmations from the cancellation within the trial period.
