The product never arrived. It was supposedly running smoothly around the world, cleared customs, arrived in my country, and then never moved. I just kept receiving responses on how it is in transit, for over a month, in a city 5 hours away from my own. Probably got scammed.
Ordered a buy one and get one free offer. Usual size didn’t fit and flimsy material. Tried several times for a refund and was offered a ridiculous amount. I then offered to return the unopened article and asked for 50% refund ie £13 . Nothing .

Never deal with this company, ordered an item, paid for it but never received it .emailed on eight occasions and every time got a different excuse for none delivery. It transpires that the article was damaged in the mail and they expected me to chase up were it was.they gave me a German phone number for me to ring from The UK . something l was not prepared to do, l emailed my feelings and stipulated it was their delivery company and not for me to find out the whereabouts of parcel.
I asked for a refund on 4 occasions and every time they emailed back, "need to check with relevant depot, never got a reply nor a refund. I have found an early email from them that stated "sorry for keeping you waiting we have just found out the package was returned to us". Either someone doesn't know what they're doing or someone is not telling the truth!! Definitely a company to steer clear of
