Absolutely no communication whatsoever before delivery and after. The wrong tree was shipped. Ordered black and they sent green. I’ve called many many times left messages and sent emails no response. Awful company! Don’t use!
They did not have what I ordered. Hopefully I actually get a refund. We’ll see.
I ordered a couple toys for a birthday gift back on Aug 3rd. I got a confirmation email on the 3rd. Two weeks passed and there was no notice that the product had shipped. I called in to check on the status, and left a voicemail saying that I wished to cancel my order because the birthday party had already passed. Two days after that I disputed the credit card charges, and that's when I received a shipping notice. First and last time doing business.
