Great quality blouse. It was as I expected. Only complaint I have is regarding the tassel on the back. It is different than what is shown on the picture and so it doesn’t match my saree’s embroidery like I had expected. However, the workmanship and material of the blouse is great. It arrived on time.

I was allways very happy but the last order didn't function. My order was canceled even I gave you an answer to your chat. That was not right.

This bunch of GOD'S children are doing a good & honest service. They have humbly served me for years & have never let me down on product nor service. If Krishna were here he would have them provide service. Many blessing for the whole Utsav family as they are all BEAUTIFUL!

Many choices available and good prices! Merchandise purchase was simple and delivery arrived earlier than expected! Good email communication for status of order from placement to shipment. Product was well-packaged, looks well-made, and appears free of damage after removal from box.
The mojari I ordered was too large, even though I measured my foot per the instructions. I notified Utsav Fashion, and although they could not do anything about this they agreed to change the size for another mojari pending shipment.

Order was not delivered when promised and customer service did not help. Order arrived after the event it was needed for. Waste of money.

The quality and looks of the clothes never matched the pictures indicated on site. Cloth quality is below standard and over priced

I discovered an error in the shipping address associated with my order. When I contacted the folks at Utsav, the issue (which was not their fault!) was promptly and efficiently addressed and resolved. Great customer service!

I have been looking for a embroidered saree and I am happy the product.

The option to customise blouse is preferred. Blouse as shown was disappointing and fit wasn’t great. I’m having to do alterations to the blouse so that it’s wearable

UPDATE: they gave me a partial refund for the item I did not receive. I’m increasing it to 3 stars because they finally helped but it is still frustrating. I had to keep doing a lot of work and they still think both items were delivered, even though I showed them a picture of the packing slip.

They only delivered one package with one item when I ordered two items. I reached out and they just closed my ticket without sending me my other item or giving me a refund. The one star is for the item I did receive because I do like it. I just am not happy they did not send me the other item I paid for. Don't appreciate being scammed.

First order. Great fit. Only thing was I had to chase up the order as it wasn’t delivered in time. Otherwise perfect.
