All three sets i ordered were well made, cost effective, and were delivered in good packaging. I wish the stitching costs were a little lower though. When one of the orders needed additional time for dispatch there was timely notification and progress updates from Utsav which made me aware and comfortable about the reason for the delay and the eta for delivery. Overall ggood buy.

The quality of the kurta was very cheap
The inside bottom fell off immediately and the hooks were incorrectly placed

Customer service is responsive and helpful, no issues there. I really like the clothing I've received, I think it's good quality. My only issue is that sizing is tricky to figure out. I used my measurements and picked the size closest and it was actually 2-3 sizes too big. So I'm hoping I can get them tailored locally to fit better. I don't think that's completely their fault though, sizing women's clothing is so different everywhere you go.

Amazing customer service! I've been buying clothes from Utsav for many years, and I've always been happy with the results. The sizing chart is accurate, the clothes are beautiful and sturdy, and the shipping has been timely as promised every single time. The ONE time there was a delay, I was notified immediately that there was a problem in the quality check and they were fixing the issue before they would send it out. Attention to detail on that level is so rare and hard to find. Utsav stands by their name and it's very evident why! Quality products at a great price. I recently had to contact customer support to inquire about a return/exchange. I was informed that I was outside of their return window, but they were incredibly gracious enough to offer me a different solution to ensure I had the items I needed. Every agent I spoke to was so friendly and helpful, and it has bolstered my confidence in purchasing from Utsav for as long as possible.

Deliver on time. Good quality. Great customer service.

Loved the outfit. The picture does not do justice compared to what we received. We had also made some alterations which came out so perfectly.

Delivery time was fantastic. However the color of the saree was not the same as I hoped. It was a darker and different shade of blue.
