Not worth the hasstle
Dealt with the Stoke branch. The sold us a VWID3. Initial feeling this is a good garage. However after taking the car we realised they sold it with all four tyres close to bald. Then the flap on the car would not open for charging. We had taken out gold cover. Well they sent us to a garage who charge £270 to look at it and do a report just so we could claim. Then they or us could not get hold of the V12 warranty people. I would NOT recommend them-sorry its a no !!

With regard to the Gold Cover, any claims are subject to the terms and conditions of the warranty, and the required process must be followed before repairs or diagnostic work can be authorised. We’re sorry to hear you experienced difficulty getting through to the warranty provider and understand how frustrating this must have been.
We’re disappointed that your experience has led to this feedback and hope the matter can be resolved for you.

I’m really pleased with how things turned out. I was a bit unsure at first, but Jack and Nafeesah made the process much easier. Jack was very helpful and took the time to go through my options, which helped me feel more confident about my decision. He provided honest advice and didn’t push anything unnecessary, which I appreciated. When it came to sorting out the paperwork, Nafeesah explained everything clearly and answered all of my questions patiently. It felt like they were focused on what was best for me rather than just making a sale.

Don’t buy cars from this company,
Don’t buy cars from this company,
They take £99 Refundable deposits off customers,
And don’t pay them back,
You have to keep chasing them up,
Also I placed a deposit on a car travelled 3 hours and when I got there they said the car is sold,
So why do they take deposits on cars,
I emailed the complaints department it’s been 4 weeks and no reply back.
