Second car I have brought from v12. First was from the Hinckley branch this time from Wolverhampton. Both pleasant experiences really. Richard was really helpful sorting out the px values etc and went out of his way felt like wasted a bit to much of his time when we decided against it. Car seems nice although it’s only been a few days. Wolverhampton is far less pushy than th Hinckley branch when it comes to trying to sell extras made it a much more pleasant experience

Fantastic experience dealing with V12 Sports and Classics, purchasing my car.
Tony was first class throughout, as was Simon dealing with the car tax side of things too.
Couldn't be more pleased with my purchase of a Volvo V40, they went above and beyond guiding me with everything, and have the peace of mind of a 3 month warrenty, and AA aproved inspection beforehand.
Many thanks to everyone at the Wolverhampton site, I will be recommending to others, and will be my first choice when purchasing my next vehicle.
Thanks again and kind regards
John.

Terrible aftersales. Bought a BMW iX from Wolverhampton which came with two "keys" one was a traditional key and one a card "digital" key, which came in an envelope marked spare key. When I queried whether there should be an additional traditional key was told "no - the card is the second key".
Once I got home I tried to register the card key to the vehicle (required to get it to work) which wasn't possible as two traditional car keys are required to be in the vehicle to register the card as a security measure.
I queried this with aftersales. It is clear that I bought a car which was stated to have two keys and the sales documentation shows this. However it transpires I bought a car with one key and one worthless piece of plastic which they told me was the second key.
After repeatedly asking for aftersales to remedy this situation they completely refused to properly engage, stating that I have received what I was meant to at time of sale - which is clearly incorrect.

Excellent overall experience. Helpful friendly and knowledgable sales rep Josh (Wolverhampton branch) and smooth efficient purchasing process with Simon. Vehicle was exactly what I wanted and purchase with part exchange completed on the day. From arriving to view vehicle to driving home in it…. 3 hours.

The past couple of weeks we went there both assistant looked after us I'm sorry about the names . The first time we went there were so many cars we could not decide which one we wanted. Then we kept looking on v12 website. Until Friday we came across a Fiat 500 so we booked that for a test drive . When we got to v12 we changed our mind and went for a better car and the price was just right

Do not trust that V12 vehicles are AA approved.Less than 24h after purchase, I had to call breakdown assistance as car was smoking and lights on dash. My local mechanic would not touch the car as it has multiple fault codes and was not road worthy. It took over 3weeks and a lot of phone calls, emails, stress and tears before V12 agreed to accept the car back with a full refund. Olivia Lucas and Ryan Massey in the Aftersales team were very helpful and suppirtive throughout the process. They are the only assets to the company.
V12 Wolverhampton are quick to smile and take the money but ignore any problems that arise after.
NO CUSTOMER CARE!!!!!!

Extremely poor communication and service. I drove over an hour to this dealership, fully intending to purchase a vehicle after a test drive, only to be informed it couldn’t be sold due to faulty brakes. In addition, the car had serious issues with the shock absorbers and front suspension, which would require very costly repairs. No apology was offered for the wasted time, fuel, or effort, and the staff showed no concern whatsoever.
I strongly advise against purchasing from V12. The lack of professionalism, care, and accountability is unacceptable.
Please do not respond with a generic request to email you — it adds no value and only highlights how little the customer experience matters here.

I see many reviews with many stars, but you don't have to have total trust like I did. I got my driving license a year ago, and I found the car I wanted at this company. I went with my husband to see it, not just from the pictures, and we liked it. They told me that everything that was necessary and important had been changed in the car, and that the MOT had been successfully passed. I checked with my husband, and indeed the car had passed the MOT two days before I bought it (two days ago I called to say that I wanted to come see the car, and they told me that I could come after two days because there were many customers for viewing). In a year, I haven't driven very much, a maximum of 4 miles per day (work - home 2 miles). I live in a quiet area and on a street without potholes or other impediments. I talked to my husband, and seeing that the company that did the MOT on the car is very famous, we didn't go to check anything. When you are fair in life, you think that all people are the same ..... The time has come to do the MOT after a year, and I was surprised to see that the car had an old problem with the front of suspension. Specifically, both front lower arms (left & right) and both front drop links (left & right). When I did the paperwork to buy it, the seller insisted a lot that I get an extended warranty from a company for 2 years. He told me that they insure absolutely everything on the car, even the door handles. I also tried to make a claim for the rear window because I can't demist the window in the winter, but they don't cover this (I bought the car in the summer), and they don't cover the problem I have when I did the MOT this year. I was lied to about the warranty, because they don't cover me with this problem, and lied to about the MOT, that the car doesn't have any problems. In the future, I will be more careful with everything I buy. I don't believe absolutely everything you are told, CHECK!
