My rci resort has switched to Vacatia for handling maintenance fees. Last year I mailed a checked on time for this and over a month later they sent a notice that I hadn’t paid. When I called they found my check. They evidently don’t have a good processing system. This year I tried to deposit my week and was denied for non payment of fees. I paid on time and my check was cashed. If a company can’t handle payments from customers something is wrong. I am trying to straighten this out now.

On two occasions I tried to use the Chat feature on the website during business hours. Both times 'no one is available' was the only response after 15 minutes of waiting.
There is also no information about how one cancels a reservation. There should be a FAQ on 'how do I cancel an existing reservation.', and/or a tab on the website.

Bad timeshare, they will not work with customers, the Grand shores West is a dump with horrible parking, and They charge more for maintenance fees and trumped-up charges than my Hilton Hawaii Timeshare. Most of the time customer service is no working. No AC in the hallway for more than 2 years, tiny dumpy rooms. All and All I am trapped into a horrible situation. Vacatia has worse integrity then Wyndham.

They are a disaster. They took over management of a place where I have a time share. Under prior management for 20 year, never a complaint. This year, under their management, I rented my unit out through Vacatia. They told me it was rented for the entire week. I never got a check. Called them and was told they switched, but the renters in someone else's unit and put an owner in mine, thus no rent. When I raised a fuss, they sent me a minimal check..didn't even cover one night's rental. Disgusted, I put the place up for sale through them. They found a buyer dirt, dirt cheap. That was fine. But, I signed the papers in October. It is now Dec. 23, and they still haven't closed on it. I will not get it closed in this fiscal year. They never call me back and when I asked for the number of the resort itself, they gave me a run around, 6 different numbers and none of them was the resort. They are totally incompetent.

I would my points. I had a buyer. He was paying my closing costs Of course, they told me to sell cheap and of course, Disney said nope we would buy it. Vacatia told me nothing changed except now Disney was buying. PS gt my money minus closing cost. This woman makes you sell cheap because sh works for Disney. Had I known I would have canceled sell.I am out $1300. Obviously Disnry is hurting.

Back in February of 2021 my bank debit card was compromised and a charge of $501.14 was taken from my account. I text the company through messenger and they never responded. The bank wanted a police report so they could investigate. I was asking Vistania if they could supply name of person/person's that used the debit card to pay for rental. It would of helped with investigations and I could have them arrested. Long story short, the bank said everything looked legit and therefore they are not refunding money. The police closed case due to this. So I am out $2268.

We went to puri as per our gift voucher offered by vacatia holidays pvt ltd.Our stay was arranged at Hotel Chariot.It was an amazing stay. The staffs behaved well and food was delicious...must mention the buffet breakfast had alot of variety! Only the private beach could be more useful if there was stairs leading to the beach...

We set up a family trip we cancelled it due to the hurricane approaching they still took our money we never got our money back I would Never seek their help in booking a place again they still your money

Will not use site to book property again. There are hidden fees. After booking my stay and arriving I was charged almost double in fees than what was listed on the website.

Vacatia is top notch. They have great reviews and a A+ BBB rating. Our original resort due to COVID-19 was cancelled days prior, so we had to scramble to book something. I ended up booking something through Vacatia and off we went. Lauren took care of a huge problem we incurred on our international vacation with the resort. Once I spoke with her, I immediately knew all would be okay. Book with confidence. Hopefully the resort has been removed from your database. Thanks again... R
