I would certainly recommend Vacatia, as we needed to find accommodation at the last minute, and I was very impressed with the service and accommodation that we found with them. Thank you so much.

We really enjoyed staying here, only downfall was the dryer only worked on one setting and we did not find that out until having to hang our clothes out to dry. The living room furniture and the carpet were a bit dated. But I would stay here again anytime because the price was very affordable for a 3 bedroom.

I was skeptical about using Vacatia but wanted to give it a try. I will be using Vacatia again as I was pleased with the payment schedule for my vacation,the emails letting me know that money was going to be drafted,the email just before I went on vacation and the customer service that I received when I had difficulty at tMyrtlewioods Villas in Myrtle Beach SC due to habing to move serveral times because the owners said they had King beds when in fact they were just queens. I was presently suprised with Vacatia. My entire experience with Vacatia exceeded my expectation.

We love the place, but you need better Wifi.

When we got there there was nothing but smart A$$ people behind the desk The woman in front of us was treated so badly because she's never stayed there before. The woman on the desk just rolled her eyes and talk to her like she was in idiot. There was no parking and it rain and the back parking lot flood and no one bothered to put up a sign or anything that says parking lot may flood. One of the cars got flood and all the front desk could say,"Not my problem." I was not too impressed with the whole experience!!

I was very pleased with booking with vacatia. Customer service answered all questions promptly through text. VERY PLEASED😁 I will be using this site again.

So far I have no complaints I am very satisfied with the service. Hope for more location and resorts from you soon.

The rooms were great and wel furnished as long as you didn't need salt or pepper. The staff was even very friendly.

However I had so many confrontations with dozens of unsupervised kids in the pools without any adults. Children and adults running and screaming and drinking in the parking lot till I security finally came and ran them inside. Even that didn't do any good for more than the one night and if security came around they would just be quiet till they left. There was one very large lady laying across the hood of a car and that car then drove her around the complex. There was another lady literally 50 feet from the entrance to the main building changing clothes wearing nothing but a tank top and no bottoms. My kids saw all this and there is very little you can do to explain that to kids.
Like I said, the rooms were great and the staff was polite, but I would never expose my family to that environment again for our "family" vacation!

OMG! you know how sometime you make reservations and the place look nothing like the pictures? Well this was not one of those times. everything was just like the pictures. The customer services was exceptional. I would defiantly go again.

Everything was just as advertised and more. All the accommodations were great without a hitch.

I was pleased with my accommodation. We had plenty of space for everyone.The swimming pool and lazy river was not all that great. We had to bring our own tubes. I would book from vacatia again.

Great experience booking through Vacatia. Customer service was excellent and the stay at the Resort was superb.

I would like to specially think Cythia for being so patient and kind. She is a great travel planner; she took her time to look into everything to make our vacation special and memorable. I will definitely recommend this company. Their service and staff are impeccable and will continue booking with them in the future.

I didn't have any problems. Even though i arrived late, the front desk told me everything i need to know to get into my unit and checked in the next morning. Perfect location from the things we wanted to do.
