Used Vacatia for our recent family trip to Orlando. Needed accomodations for 7 people. Our resort had the perfect 4 bedroom townhome. The reservation process was simple. The 4 pay Flex Option helped keep the budget under control.

The only thing I would change is that you are unable to access your reservation online and have to refer to your emails. However, customer service online and by phone were great and willing to answer all of my (many) questions.

Location was great staff was nice our villa as soon as we arrived had a strong smell of marijuana was very disappointed in that havn small children with us but we made the best of it an our sleepn arrangements were wrong misleading on wherr we actually stayn

Nice and quite facility yet needs a bit of a facelift starting with the carpet the furniture and the tube tv's, But the bed and kitchen were nice.

Available payment plans was an excellent experience! Had no idea this was an option for booking a resort stay! Awesome!

Very professional and helpful. No issues when requesting to be clo to another friend family that was going to rent at same place due to our recommendation.

vacatia was good but the resort was NOT, But when I contacted a rep at Vaca she was more then happy to assist me and even put me up in another hotel if needed, but this hotel had vomit and urine on the floor worse smell ever, complained the first night about the urine smell, they found the vomit and cleaned it up but urine was still there complained a second day thats when they finally moved the bed and saw the urine stain!

We had a beautiful condo. The kids loved the pool. It was very clean and relaxing. We would definitely stay here again.

The stay was great until my last night. As I slept, I heard what sounded like a flood. I learned that there was a huge water leak in my closet. I called maintenance and he could not make the repair. The front desk offered to move me but I was traveling with my daughter who was special needs. After the initial whoosh sound of the water there was the never ending drip drop of the water hitting the safe in the closet. I got No sleep for an upcoming 14 hour drive and I called multiple times to request a call from the manager because I feel I am due some type of compensation but I have yet to hear from a manager. I am blasting this resort on Facebook.
