Top draw service.
Engineer was extremely thorough. Knew the fault and was really prepared. Additionally checked sensors and ensured boiler was working to the required efficiency. So clean and tidy. Overall, perfect!

#113 Glyn
We had a water leak in our boiler and called Vaillant at 8:30am. We were grateful to get a same day call out and Glyn arrived by 1:30pm. He was efficient and diagnosed the fault, as a leaking valve. Aside from fixing this he also noticed a faulty pressure sensor and replaced a total of three parts. We were very satisfied and impressed with the service provided.

Vaillant dhw fault
Had a local company to investigate an issue with the boiler dhw,they swapped out several parts but still not fixed,contacted Vaillant who sent an engineer within a few days,he diagnosed the issue quickly and ordered parts few days later came back ,fitted parts and checked all working ok,really polite, professional guys explained everything that had been done,excellent service.

Ben (#151) did a really good job servicing our boiler. He was very polite and courteous throughout and clearly explained what he was doing and what he had done. He arrived on-time having phoned up earlier to let us know when to expect him. In summary he was very professional and efficient.

Simon #314 did a great job.
Simon #314 did a great job repairing our boiler under guarantee. I only reported the fault yesterday afternoon and he arrived today at 9am having phoned 20 minutes earlier to advise the time. He was very polite, friendly and professional and replaced the faulty part and even returned the batteries out of the old unit. All now working perfectly; many thanks for a faultless service and a great experience.
