I booked an all-inclusive package, but received documents for a bed-and-breakfast package..
I booked an all-inclusive package on April 30 and double-checked it three times because I’m traveling with a child. During the booking process, I clearly saw that it was an all-inclusive package, but after booking, I received the confirmation documents for a bed-and-breakfast package. I had to pay an extra fee -even more than the current rate, right before my flight.
I suspect some kind of fraud, because I didn’t purchase cancellation insurance. I would like you to look into this situation. I’m certain that I saw “all-inclusive” during the booking - how could these settings have changed after the booking was made?

Total disregard for customers, they promised urgent follow-up 2 weeks ago, but did nothing, now facing cancellation at my own costs
I now see that many customers report the same issue: complete silence and no way to speak to anyone in customer service.
This has been exactly my experience. For weeks, I have not been able to reach anyone despite many emails and calls. It feels like being blocked from any real contact. I went from disbelief to extreme frustration.
At this point, this cannot just be a mistake. Something is clearly wrong, and it should not be allowed to happen to customers anymore.
In my case, the final deadline is 7 April. After that, I am told by your financial department (through another automated message you cannot reply to) that my trip will be cancelled and I will be charged cancellation costs. We feel completely stuck about it.
Can you please confirm here that someone will contact me urgently before 7 April and ensure this actually happens - please not another promise like the previous “urgent follow-up” that never happened.

No response for 30 days: holiday lost, still asked to pay
It has now been five days since your reply here calling the case “urgent,” yet I still haven’t received any phone call or email. This makes a full month during which I have not been able to get any real response or speak to anyone.
Because of this unexplainable silence and lack of support, it is now too late for us to organise school and work. In practice, this blackout is costing us our holiday. At the same time, while my requests have been ignored, I continue to receive automated payment demands (now even a sommatie with collection costs).
At this point, you will understand it doesn't make any sense to try to change the dates. There is clearly a breach of trust and the only way forward I see is an immediate and full refund of the money I have paid.
I would also appreciate a genuine (no AI bot) explanation as to how a customer can be ignored for 30 days while a payment deadline passes, even more so as this seems inconsistent with the experience others had.

We booked a room for two for 7 days
We booked a room for two for 7 days, it was a great vacation! We booked through the website deVAKANTIEDISCOUNTER
Staff:
All the staff were very attentive, caring, always helpful if needed, cheerful and sincere. Reception, restaurants, guest relation Saif, animators, bartenders, waiter, bodyguard, cooks, cleaners, all the staff are very nice.
Room: clean, the room was cleaned well. Mohammad did great cleaning.
Territory: there are many pools, a jacuzzi, there is a heated pool, the water park is open from 14:00. The hotel is on the first line, there is a private beach.
Food: there are two main restaurants on the territory, also sweet moments, snacks. There are also a la carte restaurants. I recommend the Italian restaurant. The pizza is very tasty. In general, the food was tasty and varied. And the nice waiters add a good mood to your dinner or breakfast!
Weather: we rested from 7.01 to 14.01. Until 10:00 it was a little cold and windy some days but after 10:00 we were already swimming in the pool. But it was already cold at sea.
Animation: from 10:00 club dance starts from animators and then you are invited to early exercise, zumba, oriental dances, aqua aerobics, etc. Various activities, as well as a gentle show. The guys try very hard. Sasa, tona, Ahmed and other guys.
Our rest was full of good days thanks to all the staff of your hotel.
We thank everyone who made our stay comfortable and wish all staff all the best and prosperity to the hotel BELLAGIO. 🇪🇬We miss you very much. 💙💛
