Super!!! Excellent service!

Fantastic service! We were moving back to the USA from Denmark and had 9 moving boxes and 2 normal checked bags. They helped us, talked to the agents at check in for us, made sure we dropped everything at the right place (odd size vs normal check in). Overall just awesome

The team at Valizo was fantastic. They suggested me what to do because my flight was very early in the morning so they came a day before.
It is really nice to go to the airport with no luggage!! I had 5 in total and it would have been impossible to manage on my own.

Copenhagen luggage service (Valizo) made our short stay in Copenhagen quite enjoyable and hassle free. We wanted to take a short city tour of Copenhagen after disembarking from our cruise. We couldn’t take the tour offered by the cruise because our flight was in early afternoon. Rie met us at the cruise terminal, checked-in our luggage, delivered our luggage directly to the airlines, and arranged to have us picked up by a private transport at the end of our tour. Having our luggage checked into the airlines at the cruise terminal helped us avoid spending precious time standing in long lines at the airport. Danny provided first class transport service to the airport. The whole service and process was, professional, seamless and a godsend to help us maximize our short time in Copenhagen. Thank you!!!

When my plans for disembarking went amiss due to the Tour de France I found myself needing a way of transporting my luggage to Copenhagen Airport. I found this service via internet search. What a great service, quick to respond, friendly staff and great value. Within half an hour all procedures, payment and easy to understand logistics were put into place at such short notice. At the airport I found the pick up point easily and my luggage was delivered to me directly. This service really made my day in Copenhagen fantastic as I did not need to manage or cart around my luggage for the 13hours between disembarkation and my flight.

Having left our cruise at 0800 with our flight at 1755 we had checked out left luggage options but this was an excellent idea/choice. We left our bags with the representative at the cruise port (a cost of E15 per bag) and then collected them from the airport - allowing us to walk around Copenhagen with no worries.

Excellent luggage service. Bags collected from cruise ship & taken to airport whilst we continued our day sightseeing. Easy to find in the airport. Excellent communication throughout the whole process & Christian was extremely helpful. Would definitely recommend & would use again if we were to return to Copenhagen. Plus.. excellent value for money. Many thanks for everything :)

I am so glad I found this service and that it exists. I recently moved from Denmark to Portugal and had quite a lot of extra luggage to take.
The Valizo team very kindly accommodated my special situation where I could add bags only during online check-in (1d before) and came in good time before the flight to pick up the luggage with the boarding pass ready. I have never had such a smooth travel. And above all that the value for money is amazing!

Our delayed suitcases have now been with Valizo for two days, without any updates from them (and obviously without having been delivered). It’s impossible to get through to anyone by phone. I am wondering where all the positive reviews come from, so far I have nothing good to say about the experience

On a very early, rainy and cold Friday morning it's such a relief to know that your suitcase has been been picked up and checked in by the nice people from VALIZO, meaning that instead of leaving 3 hours before take off - which in this case would have meant 04.45 (!), having to que with other tired travellers - I can leave just 1,5 hours before take off, and still have enough time to have a coffee in the airport before departure. The VALIZO service is swift, safe and very pleasant. This was the first, but absolutely not the last time I took advantage of this very comfortable way to start a journey.
