Always order from this company since moving to an area that needs oil, so easy to use and we love the fact that you can do monthly payments through PayPal as a lot of companies don’t so makes ordering a lot more stress free.
Drivers always leave everything as it was don't have to worry about not being in when they turn up

No problems with this purchase. A great price for the oil and good communication from placing the order to delivery, which came within the given timescales.

I’ve bought my heating oil through value oils for some time now and am very happy with the service. My last delivery was 2 days earlier than expected which was brilliant as the weather got a bit colder the next day.

Terrible customer service
Was given a date of the 25th for delivery, they had taken my money 3 weeks before.
Come the 25th no emails or info on the delivery.
I called them, they had no clue on what was happening to my delivery and had to contact the local supplier who was delivering.
Obviously I had been forgotten about as they then said they had rescheduled the delivery for the 29th.
Keep your customers informed! That's good business practice.
Will not use this company again!

Had another supplier delivery of 500 litres of oil 12th March as was running out, 19th March checked the tank as expected delivery and was showing half a tank. 20th only got around 250 litres. Been a constant nightmare trying to resolve the issue. Its a 1100 litre and there's no way I used 250 litres in 2 weeks.

Ordered a delivery of heating oil on the 28th February, confirmation email stating on or before the 18th March upto 1900.
No delivery received by the stated date/time, no communication to advise it would be delayed and took me to chase them via email as you can only leave a message via phone lines to be told new delivery date 19th March by 1900.

They were the cheapest and for good reason, will not be ordering from them again, BoilerJuice never missed a delivery date and the tanker was always early.

Couldn’t be easier to get an order fulfilled. Never had any cause for complaint.

This was a positive expereince - the fuel arrived in plenty of time and on the date given by the company.

Oil very easy to order on line for an old dear of 86.

Great to know we can rely on a reasonable price and delivery within a good time frame even at the cheapest price . The local companies used are so accommodating too and always let me know in advance of the delivery date and time which is crucial so I can unlock the gate and not miss a much needed delivery.
