Awful service from Value Oils who just…

Awful service from Value Oils who just blame Certas and just want to palm you of with it's with Certas, Certas have missed three delivery dates with both parties unable to deliver and full of awful excuses, 'vehicle broke down' very unlikely story, 'driver has run out of time at 14.45hrs 25/02' especially when he had just delivered to another house in our village then just drove straight past! So what's next excuse 'abducted by aliens!!' Certas truly awful and never to be trusted and Value Oils have failed miserably to resolve the lack of delivery, took the money sharpish but delivery err forget it can't be bothered to chase Certas for their failure to deliver
