Do not use this company . All they are after is squeezing you for money once you sign up . Every time it goes for a service through their scheme or needs tyres you have to pay additional mileage costs as they use some weird system , even through you are not over the ocntractual mileage . AVOID AT ALL COST !

I had been on the Vanarama website and had in mind the vehicle I was choosing but wanted to speak to someone, as I had a few questions.
I rang, got straight through to Kwame, and within minutes had all my questions answered and my vehicle details confirmed and ordered all within 15 minutes.
The documents were all emailed and easy to follow, sign and send back.
Excellent service and excellent quotes.

Appalling service from start to finish for someone looking after elderly parents and completely dependant on this happening. Placed the order over 3 months ago, had little to no contact other than automated messages telling me all was OK. Until after all that waiting I was informed that it would be at least another 6 months before I could get the car I was told would have been here by now. The issue was down to communication between Vanarama and factory / dealer. I was then given the option to change the car without the need to go through further finance check etc. Did this and changed the car and was then told the whole thing was falling through even though the car was the same value etc. So after 3-4 months I'm being told there's no option and they have wasted all this time whilst I have a dire need for transport for my parents! What a complete waste of time, and Vanarama are not interested in the significant inconvenience they've caused my parents health and living conditions without a car. To say I'm vexed would be an understatement. The only option I was given was to cancel the order and make a new application which might lead me down the same garden path again. No recourse for this company messing their customers about, causing significant inconvenience and not paying the price as they just put the phone down and the problem goes away from them. Sort out your processes, how do you allow this to happen to your customers?
