I should have had my vehicle six days ago from Vanarama, the van arrived dirty and with 300 miles on the odometer. As is my right, I refused the vehicle and it returned.
I asked for my case to be escalated, Karen was supposed to call ? 6 hours later , Karen called , asking if I could take photographs of the vehicle, I advised this was impossible as the vehicle was on its way back , probably adding a further 300 miles to the clock.
I have contacted Vanarama now a number of times, without anyone knowing what is going on ? Karen, is either unwell, at lunch or left early this afternoon?
Someone at Vanarama could call me to inform me of what is going on ? They don’t. No excuse for not calling me.
Karen from Vanarama has just called and offered to deliver a new vehicle which again will be dirty and have approximately 300 miles on the clock !! Surely a second hand vehicle with this delivery mileage ?
