Great quality tshirt and the delivery was very fast 2days.

Always really quick! Ordered Sunday evening and was there by Tuesday! Really good quality products too. Nice to find good quality print and cotton materials which has fully licensed characters too for a decent price. It's the second time I've bought from them and will continue to do so!

My order was promptly processed and delivered . Good quality goods at excellent value for money.
My only piece of constructive feedback would be that the items were squashed into very small bags for delivery so came very creased.
However this is a company I have used before and would highly recommend for their great products and service.

I've been meaning to write a review for these lovely guys, glad I got around to writing one.
Ordered some amazing merch/garments from them and realised I used the wrong address. My bad. Unfortunately by the time I realised it, it was too late and it was going back to the sender. So I reached out in an email and they offered to re-send it out with the correct address.
I was totally blown away.
I of course said yes and they sent it back to me with no problem.
Good Customer service and quality goods.
Would recommend and will purchase from in the future.

Fast delivery lovely items however the pj's I ordered arrived dirty tried to contact through email and Facebook but no reply after washing them 1 of the marks came off however the other didn't

Brought three pairs of Xmas pjs from this site the tracking just was saying in progress, had to get in touch with them to be told they had been delivered over my back garden gate .never arrived and was told to fill in a form as I did then was told the delivery van man had said he had delivered them so that's the end of it ...so if you want to waste money on purchasing goods from this company then do so at your own expense absolute rip off .

Got pair of slippers as Xmas present. Only started wearing them 10 days ago around the house indoors. Quality is not great. Sole already worn out and can't see them lasting more than a month. As it was a gift I cannot comment on price or anything else. They looked good initially.

Quick delivery well packaged items and very reasonable prices never had any issues which is one of the reasons that i keep shopping with them

@vanilaundergraund- if you see "untruthful information" please provide real order tracking info (not one with order received statement that did not change for almost 4 weeks) which you does not provide. For now you provide customers untruthful info.

My son recieved some slippers as a Christmas present that were the wrong size. Kelly at Vanilla Underground kindly agreed to exchange them for a larger size.

Lost parcel was quickly replaced and kindly refunded postage
