Communication from you staff was friendly and helpful. After initially being disappointed that the only brand and flavour of juice was unavailable in the strength I wanted and with the black Friday deals on offer, I couldn't find any other website which even came close to this super deal. But before I placed an order elsewhere I received the best news from the store and they had just received fresh stock in the correct strength and immediately informed me. Also due to the discount available I saved 60% off the latest vape kit. Delivery was quick and easy to track. I can't fault the team here, packing was protecting all the products very well! Highly recommended.

Can’t get my vanilla custard 18mg simple essentials vape liquid

Found just what I wanted. Super fast delivery.

Popped in to look for a replacement for my Innokin T18. Very helpful counter staff showed me the options and I settled for the Innokin Coolfire Z50. Having not done the research on this model before going to the shop, I was pleasantly surprised to find it was more expensive on Amazon. Will definitely be using ‘Vape Simple’ again. Thank you.

The end result was as expected. I spoke to a lady who rectified immediately the next day and it was shipped that afternoon by DPD. The problem I had was that i paid for next day delivery at 7.00am then at 3.00pm it was still saying was not fulfilled. I phoned the shop and spoke to a guy who wasn’t really very proactive I explained that I needed to ensure it was arriving as I was going away. He said it would be. I asked if he could please chase the warehouse and ensure it would and call/email to confirm. He said he would. He didn’t. It didn’t arrive. I phoned in the morning and it was immediately rectified as part of the order hadn’t been found. My problem was that I paid for next day, if it wasn’t available then a follow up the same day should of happened and Mr not interested in your call should of said so. People pay for next day for exactly that reason. It should not be up to me to make sure it is fulfilled. The fact I had to go without it for the week when I made every effort to get it before my trip was just annoying. I don’t see it as being very taxing to help someone who had just spend £50+ with you. Product arrived and was great.

Even when things go wrong Vape Simple are on it. My recent order didn't arrive (most unusual), so I emailed customer service. I received a very quick & polite response explaining the cause of the delay (postal strike). My order arrived the same day. Apart from this hiccup, the service & product range is great & thoroughly recommended 👍.
