DUE TO ILLNESS I GET CONFUSED THEN I GET FRUSTRATED. BUT ZOE HAD PATIENCE OF A SAINT, AND DEALT WITH ME, EXPLAINING SITUATION TO ME. THEN I WAS ALL GOOD. I HAVE REGULAR ORDERS, ALWAYS ON TIME.

Great company and service

Great company and service. Always get my order in a couple of days instead of 3 - 4 days as specified on my delivery choice. My preference is the Classics range as it seems to last longer. Their sweet, dessert & fruit range are my favourites with very moreish taste sensations.

Fast delivery great prices and amazing flavour

Initially this company was a bit slow to react, poor customer service and generally not very good. I've been with these for a few years now and I can honestly say (having tried numerous other companies within this time), these are the best. Fast delivery, great prices and most importantly . . . . . . . Amazing flavours and choices. Thanks

Top Customer Service

1 star is missing as I was sent the wrong batteries twice. First time I think was joint blame but not the second time. Took about a week to get going with my new mod when I thought it would be the next day, so was a bit disappointed.
I still give 4 stars because their customer service is great. The lady I dealt with via email and over the phone was very helpful and polite. The products were top notch in the end and very happy. The original order though not quite right, was delivered the next day by DPD (who I think are the best courier).
Would have no issues at all buying from Vapemate again.
