A great place to buy, with excellent prices
I'd been looking for a training roller, and had settled on the Elite E-Motion. I had trawled all the usual sites, but found Veclo to be far the best price by quite a bit.
I received the item within 2days of ordering. I was absolutely amazed at the speed and ease of buying this product.

Good prices but delivery time it have been little slow.
poor communication and customer service
Do not answer emails and do not know what state is my purchase and so far I have not received yet.
We have sent several emails to me indicating that the carrier has the package to track and have not been answered, just sent me the tracking number and not as a track.
According to the website was 3 to 5 working days, and many more have gone unanswered.

I've used support 2 times and liked, easy and quick to assemble, is better than putting the bikes on the roof of the car, more comfortable. It seems safe, no vibrations on the road and has quality.

Bit of a worry - was told by email that out of stock, and therefore would be 30 November before available. Whilst deliberating whether to cancel, another email 2 days later to say it was on the way. Great relief, but lucky i didn't cancel.

A good experience. There was just a little problem with the reference code I received to track the delivery. But after informing veclo about it, they gave me another track and the problem was solved.
I would repet my experience with veclo.

Veclo is a good shop with very good offers. This only thing is to be sure that they follow your order. Do not hesitate to contact them in case of problem. Despite the fact that I had to call and request all the right shipping number, our order arrived in good conditions. I can recommend their service, BUT please, improve your system.
