Do not buy. I ordered a dress about a week ago costing £106. I emailed them for a return address as the dress was small they emailed back asking me to donate the dress or get a tailor to alter the dress. I have been emailing them for a week now for a return address and a refund and they have completely ignored my emails. I advised anyone not to order. Full on scam

SCAM!!! do not order from this website. This was lillygown but they were taken down for FRAUD. They DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS OR RETURNS. I lost out on £300 and unfortunately months of emails back and forth to get my money back.

DO NOT order from here! They do not take returns. Will not supply an address for return of 2 prom dresses after numerous emails. No refund. Basically are blaming me for ordering them. This site is based in Hong Kong. Do not order as you can’t make a return. They have been very unprofessional about it.

Do not buy from them. Don’t fit poor quality, they 2 payments only one dress ordered and still waiting an address to send dress back still no refund for despite sending over 20 emails. Bunch of crooks. They are part of Lilly UK. Have a look in trust pilot on them! Loads of people ripped off
