fantastic finds at great prices!

Vepee has great branded stuff at very reduced prices! have found true gems - lots of fabulous kids clothes and shoes and the buying process is smooth. I have rated 4 stars because shipping is a little expensive as are returns...

I’ve bought a pair of ASICS trainers…

I’ve bought a pair of ASICS trainers which took 2 weeks to deliver. The trainers (UK Size 7) were too narrow (not enough information on their website) for my feet and had to be returned to their Slough Warehouse. I’ve returned the trainers by Royal Mail Sign For which they acknowledge receipt on the 12 June 2019. The trainers took several weeks before it reached their Company on the 2nd July 2019. I have been chasing them for refund on a weekly basis and was told firstly that they have not received it. Later when chased again they said it has arrived after several weeks since receipt in their Slough warehouse. Still there was no refund of my money. Had to chase them every week and each time they said that it is with their accounts department. Then they had problems with their IT which generated an email to me saying that they will be returning the trainers back to me since it was returned damaged. Total lies!!! When questioned they said that it was an IT problem and that the refund will be made by their Accounts Department. Till this day I still have not received a refund. I have reported them to my credit card provider and hopefully I will get a refund soon. They are totally hopeless and it is impossible to contact their Accounts Dept. I would not buy or recommend anyone to buy goods from them. This review prevents me from giving them a no star rating..

inability to deal with returns, goods have been back for almost a month and still no refund
Veepee won't deal with the matter have had to escalate to PayPal

Warning- Do Not Buy Anything From Tgis…

Warning- Do Not Buy Anything From This Company!!!

Two months ago I purchased some shoes which I never received (apparently they were damaged in transit) and 7 weeks ago I was promised a full refund in the sum of £125. To date I still have not received my refund despite endless phone calls and emails. Most emails are not responded to and on the rare occasion I’ve received a reply I’ve been told the delay is due to computer technical difficulties and that I will receive my refund in 7 days. This same message had been relayed to me for weeks and still no refund. There wasn’t a ‘computer error’ when £125 was taken out of my account! O had used Vente Privee for years and had been really happy with it but since it has become Vepee it has been awful and caused me great distress. Needless to say I am taking further action.

Scam web site

Took one payment of £289.70 for the order I placed, and took 3 payments of £249.40 from your computer error. One payment of £249.40 was refunded. So you still owe me 2 payments of £249.40. I have sent you my Bank statements 3 times which you requested, how can you not see this and just refund me my money, you have owed me £498.80 for over 2 months

This is such bad service, i have never come across a company that is so inadequate in customer service.

It's all fabulous

It's all fabulous. But the shipping cost suffers in comparison with other sites such as Brandalley, Secret Sales and above all, TKmaxx (Tkmaxx offers cheaper/ free delivery depending on the order)

VERY VERY BAD !

This company has the worst customer service I have ever experienced.Never respond to emails or calls.In 2018 I had to involve Paypal to get refund for a returned order they said they hadn't received-Paypal paid me. Now VP pursuing me with threatening letters/emails because they did receive the order and say I owe them what Paypal paid me! They will not respond to my requests to contact me.

Great...

I would give 5 stars for “vente privee” old company but now I’m a bit unsure about “veepee” . Still a good company,but I noticed a change.

Never again

Never again! And neither should anyone new buy from them (unless you like paying for things you don’t keep).

I have ordered before from them (before becoming veepee) and they’ve had a decent service and relatively good products (minus one or two with rather misleading photos compared to reality, but that’s acceptable in online).

I placed an order in May, got the parcel and I had to return half of it.
I got confirmation the’ve got the parcel within few days. And I have been waiting and chasing for my refund since!

It’s July now. I sent an email to their CS, got a reply after nine days they needed 7 more *business* days to see what’s happened. Needless to say it’s been 14 business days and I still haven’t heard anything back.

Avoid, shop elsewhere..

Very bad experience lately with them. they used to be good and reply promptly to any issues but last month they had a technical glitch on the website such that the orders made did not go through although customer got debited for them... I have been waiting for my refund for more than a month now. The only answer they can give to my daily calls and emails is that they forwarded my enquiry to the accounting department and that the refund will happen within 10 days. Guess what.. I am still waiting..

Good offers

Like the diversity of the offers. Quality goods at reasonable prices. something for everyone. Once had an issue with a delivery but on last delivery the driver really put himself out for me.
