I bought a thermometer that didn’t work.
There is no way in getting in contact with them on their website. No phone number and no email and no way to return the product on the website because I bought it more than 2 months ago.
So I guess the money is lost or in other words that they stole my money.

Good experience
Have been ordering from Veepee for a few years and they have almost always delivered as promised. When something goes wrong customer service has been quick and helpful to rectify. Returns process is also quite easy.

2. Veepee delete your order from account or not sent order.
3. You open case on PayPal and you get refund.
4. After 5-6 month debt collection agency contact you аnd want refunded money back, threaten to court, not providing any parcel tracking num. etc.
This is drop shipping dangerous fraudulent shop.

Horrible service. Horrible client service with a girl screaming on the phone and not letting me explain what is wrong with the information Veepee transmited by email. I bought earphones that after a few usage doesn't work and it's on a perfect condition. Veepee gave me a number to contact for warranty assistance wich i've tried 15 times with no answer. Veepee after (because i called again) sent me one email of this partenaire wich i found one email online on their website. what i was explaining by phone to the girl of Veepee is that iv'e used 3/4 times the earphones until the first charge finished then it stoped working. im since november trying to solve this situation without any valid or correct solution from Veepee or Avesta the partenaire. I want my money back! everytime i call there is another thing to do. now is another email. you should give all the information to clients and not making me going after you or your partenaires. I had to ask the girl today on the phone to let me talk without shouting to me.
Not as good as it seems
Website is fine and deals are good...BUT! If you encounter an issue with an order, you have to pay for return. I bought a few active wear products that looked very good on the site, but in reality the quality was poor, the products didn't even look the same as the ones ordered but I had to pay for the return on top of paying for delivery and handling fee when I placed the order. It ended up costing 15€ just for shipping and handling.
Very bad return experience
I used to order in veepee but now I will stop it because when you try to return a product it is horrible. You can re-edit a return ticket, you have to pay a lot for the return fees, I am very disappointed. Not recommended!
Not worth the heartache!
I have bought stuff on 3 occasions from this vendor and all have been complete disasters. Like most commentators here, you don't see how fraudulent the process is until you try to return items bought. Firstly, there isn't a clear return address, and FAQ section addresses issues that are not even in the website. Horrible horrible! I feel quite silly for letting them swindle me a third time!

There are rarely problems with this website….and if there are any I have always been satisfied by their after sales service.

I ordered 3 items, 1 i wanted to keep, 2 i wanted to cancel (the day after my order). Not possible to cancel on their site, so i call them, not a problem. They cancel. 6 weeks later i receive the 2 items i did not want (left in front of my house, so could not refuse the delivery), but not the 3rd item (the one i actually wanted). I contact veepee to get reimboursed for the article they didn’t deliver. According to them it was delivered. It took them 3 months and several complaints to finally reimbourse me. I never want to do business with them, so I ask them -in my good right as a customer- to delete all my data on file. 5 months later i still receive promotions from them and my account is still active. They are impossible!

I ordered a sofa + 2 armchairs.
I ordered a sofa + 2 armchairs.. waited three months and they were both damaged.
Year later, I thought I would give them another chance, waited two month. The sofa was damaged and of a poor quality.
To add more stress, Veepee made everything difficult. The delivery people they use are rude and very rough with the packaging. I’m still waiting for someone to pick up the sofa and waiting on my refund. The last time I ordered from them.
I will think twice before ordering any big items from them.

I made an order on January 13 and when paying for the order, there were payment errors on the site, but then it turned out that they charged the amount for one order 4 times!!!! and they still don't return them. They don't answer emails or phone calls. This is the worst online shopping experience!!!! I do not recommend it!!!
