Worst shopping experience , FRUAD ,NO Money Return

My worst shopping experience, extremely poor and disgusting, I tried to purchase some stuff via the veepee mobile application, Veepee charged me twice. I canceled everything but haven't received my money back. I will not recommend anybody. please please take care of your money go somewhere else for shopping. veepee is not giving any value to customers and their money. just fraud. veep using the big brand name with a low price tag to attract customers but the reality is different later veepee will make your life hell. no solution and no money back. could someone tell me where I can complain to govt authorities because I love my money and I earn it with hard work. on top helpline number is not free so pathetic, disgusting, fraud.

I returned a pair of Birkenstocks the 21st October and haven't received any refund yet. Wrote emails and I was told that due to a technical problem, my payment was delayed...but that quite some time ago. Still no money. Last transaction with Veepee for me.

I stopped buying on this website after…

I stopped buying on this website after a couple of disappointments in my last orders. I bought some Munich shoes, i received the correct shoes but 2 right feet! They can t replace the original items so i had to forget about those shoes i really wanted! On my last purchase they just sent me a different kind of shoes, i had the paper with the type i was expecting but different shoes in the box. I can t believe that if that happened to me twice in one year it s a uncommon mistake... i decided to stop buying with them Amazon do a better job and you can find the exact same items.

Disaster!!!

I have ordered several times and the service is a horrible disappointment! It takes ages for them to reply, they don’t return money, they just offer a 5€ voucher for the next purchase.
Lesson learned -> never ever again!
Just take a look at the comments below..so many people had to face the same problems..

Fraudulent behaviour! Terrible and unaccountable!

I had a terrible experience - I placed an order and the amount was taken from my account (66,98 EUR) + an extra 25,49 EUR which was not for anything! Then there was a technical error and the order was not processed. I called customer services and they told me that the order was cancelled and they would refund me within 72h. One week later there is still no refund. I called again and the person passed on my details to the accounts service. Now I just have to wait - no way to follow this up (again) and I have to just believe that it will happen. Now I check on Trustpilot and see that the same has happened to "Dana" on the .be website! This is Fraud! Has the website been hacked? Or is it them who take our money and provide nothing in return, no email address to ask for support, no accountability, nothing? How is this possible? I will be looking into this more closely, and I will take it higher if I get no reimbursement within the next week. This company has taken 92 EUR from me. DO NOT GIVE THIS COMPANY YOUR BANK DETAILS

I shopped on Vente Privee site from…2013-2020

I shopped on Vente Privee site from 2013-2020. My daughter was 4 when we started and now she is 11 years. It was the most economical, fashionable and time saving shopping experience. Bought all her clothes, shoes, household, drinks etc and I have no regrets. I wish they will come back. I miss what they had to offer. Yes, there were one or two hiccups. However, in terms of overall service, I have no complaints at all. Please come back to the UK.

Unacceptable

Sorry to have to write how disappointing and frustrating my experience with Veepee.fr has been. I am sure that for most purchases everything just goes to plan, but when it doesn't I am afraid that Veepee.fr have proven quite inadequate. Money taken, delivery date passed with no contact from them. Zero updates. Only contact is in response to my inquiries which is repeatedly taken from a meaningless comment bank. Practically the same each time. No one able to take responsibility for solving a problem. Totally unacceptable behaviour. They should be judged by how they respond if things go wrong. From my experience this is all very poor. I dont like writing negative reviews but they leave me little choice given how little they seem to care about the the sales that dont go to plan. Sorry Veepee, unless there is a swift and satisfying resolution - my product or my money back with compensation, then never again.

Big Problem with the system about delivery status

I'm very upset and do not understand how on earth veepee can set some order has not been shipped to me yet, as delivered successfully in the system a week ago and I only have 6 day to return it like Order number D20780686...a lot of orders were set up the arrival date on system few days before they actually delivered to me so that I only have few days to return it... some other orders has been delivered to me successfully but no record on system so I could not return it...some order arrive partly (for example a floor fan but lack of it part) ,,,but the remain of it seem no sign of delivery after 3 weeks so I had to return it although I like it. It is really annoyed me. It seems if me or other customers could loose money easily if we forget about the order or not mention the problem to veepee? I read other customer mentioned about this before but it seems veepee still can not fix it although it can cause money loss to customer. Have to think about should continue with veepee or not.

Not trust worthy merchandisers who is…

Not trust worthy merchandisers who is clearly into sort of fraudulent activity. Tried to place order on 26 may, card has been charged but no confirmation received either by email nor on website. No contact details indicated in their webpage, phone is for a month not reachable. Only way of contact is through online form just to make sure you would not get any evidence of trying to get in touch with the seller. Going to file a claim with consumer protection in EU since it looks like a Scam

I live in London

I live in London, I have returned few purchases to VP in November 2019. Since then I only received small part of the refund and never got money back for large purchases I made and it’s been to loon to try to claim it back from the credit card. That is after being a loyal customer for 7-8 year and spending thousands of pounds with VeePee!
There are no telephone lines are working after the close of business in UK and all my numerous emails are not being unanswered!
Thank you VeePee for your support in such difficult times!

Unacceptable service & terrible shopping experience

Terrible experience. I have been waiting for my order for more than a month even though the latest delivery date was two weeks ago. I have tried to contact client service, but no reply. I have had some bad experiences with them last time (my parcel got delivered far away from the place I have chosen without any call/ message of confirmation with me. They took this decision by themselves) as well but nothing comparable to this time. I have no doubt that I will stop shopping on their platform as well as I don’t advise it to my family, friends and whoever reads this comment. Work on you service, veepee!
