I have been with Veeqo about three…

I have been with Veeqo about three years now, I have always been very happy with the product and the features and the customer service is exceptionally good. There is always someone available to get in contact with and any issues have always been dealt with promptly.

We're currently upgrading our inventory…

We're currently upgrading our inventory management system to Veeqo. It's allowing us to automate processes we thought we were doomed to complete manually forever-more. Support has been great throughout setup and we're almost over the line. Veeqo, so far, is everything we've wanted from an inventory management system for years!

Look for other options.

Update:
We had an incredibly unfortunate experience with Veeqo at the end of our time with them. Our scanner died and it was a fight to get a new one, we made the decision to leave after weeks of back and forth. They eventually said we could do the swap, but we had already moved on.

In addition we had multiple issues with syncing, labels not available for purchase for hours at a time with no response from support and a absolutely ridiculous customer service interaction upon our exit from using the software.

We've swapped to SKUlabs and highly recommend it. The only reason I would say consider Veeqo is because of it's new free pricing structure. If you want to scale, I recommend trying other options.

2021 REVIEW:
We searched high and low for an inventory system that would work with our small business. We struggled as so many are priced high and convoluted with incredibly confusing and unfriendly user interfaces.

We have been using Veeqo for coming up on six months and it has streamlined our inventory and shipping process. The user interface is intuitive and it packs in the features of shipping, inventory, warehouse management under one roof.

The Veeqo Scanner is really the shining star. Competitors UI and features of their recommended scanners can't touch the ease of use of the Veeqo scanner and features.

Another star added to this review is that there is support ready to help in any was 24/7 by phone, chat, or email.

We are incredibly thankful for finding Veeqo and are excited to use them for years to come.

Exceeding Expectations

So happy with Veeqo since we took it on. Yes as a small business it is a big expense, but it saves so much time. It seemlessly integrates with Amazon, Ebay and Shopify!

Longstanding User

I have been using Veeqo for over 5 years and am very happy with all aspects. It is easy to use and keeps our inventory and shipping simple. The only niggle I have is the online chat does not work in Safari for some reason but this is no big deal - I just use Chrome if I need to get in touch. Customer service is always helpful. Every so often I check out other products on the market to make sure I am using the best but nothing ever comes close in functionality or value.

Great piece of software that is ever improving!

Veeqo has been a very useful piece of software for our company, with a number of channels on both eBay and Amazon, the ability to link existing adverts/listings into Veeqos inventory system without loosing the important info attached like sales and ranking information was super important and Veeqo allows this with comparative ease. It's allowed us to more centrally control everything from stock to ordering to shipping, improving picking accuracy, speed of dispatching orders, auto syncing stock totals across channels so less overselling etc etc The support is generally really good, can sometimes take sometime to get an answer and stuff doesn't always get fixed straight away, but the great thing as well is it's ever improving, adding more and more features quickly, as an avid beta tester I'm excited to see the improvements in the future!

Veeqo is highly recommended

Veeqo is the best inventory software i have used to date, its intuitive and very easy to navigate and in the event of any issues (seldom) the tech support are excellent. Without doubt this software has allowed the business to grow due to the ease of integration with other selling platforms.

Couldn't ask for better.

Veeqo is honestly the only reason why my business is still going.
I have had Veeqo now for just over two years and I don't know how I coped without them and their system... every time I am stumped due to an error occurring all I need to do is easily message a member of their help team and ask for some help resolving the problem, then its sorted it has never taken longer than a few hours till everything is sorted out. I see a lot of people saying they have to describe the problem in detail and yes you should, I don't see why this is such a big issue for people leaving negative comments, it's a complicated system...
So all in all I would highly recommend Veeqo to everyone and anyone who is going into business and wants it to run as smoothly as possible!

Absolutley amazing

Absolutley amazing, extremely easy to use and helps us manage our stock in all of our warehouses as well as despatch all our orders by a variety of postal services /couriers. If there are any questions you have their customer service are really prompt with their response.
I could not recommend Veeqo enough and look forward to making our company grow by using your platform.

Highly recommended. Amazing support and good pricing

Pricing is great for small businesses but a few important features are only available for the more expensive tiers which are tailored for much larger businesses. That said, after reviewing a number of competitors our choice was clear. Veeqo has a very intuitive interface and is easy to implement regardless of experience. Veeqo also has top notch customer service and tech assistance is always available. No other competitors were even close as far as ease of contact and Veeqo has been very responsive to help with our transition from the now decommissioned Stitchlabs. I highly recommend Veeqo and am very happy with our choice
