I booked two shows and only got…

I booked two shows and only got confirmation of one of them . Got charged for both shows one was for Chippendale and the other was for Rod Stewart. I got the confirmation on the the Rod Stewart show but not the other one. If I don't get a confirmation email with the information on the seat and row them I want my money for the Chippendale show

Ticket upgrade made SUPER easy

Jessica helped me upgrade my Michael Jackson ONE show tickets today. Not only did she find seats with a MUCH better view, she found me the best price too. She was so friendly and patient and down to earth. I really enjoyed talking to her and will absolutely reach out and request her help again in the future if needed!

Agent was GREAT!

Web-Site said bundle and save and I selected the shows from the list and there was NO discount for bundling. I could have gotten the same price by just buying a single event.

Avoid Vegas.com at all costs

Avoid Vegas.com at all costs – Last-minute cancellation ruined our plans
I booked two tickets for the O show at the Bellagio through Vegas.com well in advance. On the day of the show, they cancelled my tickets with no explanation whatsoever. No reason was provided – just a sudden cancellation right before we were supposed to go.
Customer service was absolutely zero help. They offered no solutions, no alternatives, and no urgency in resolving the issue. The best they could do was say a refund would be issued… but it’s going to take multiple days to process and hit my card.
This left us scrambling with no show and wasted time in Las Vegas. Extremely disappointing and unprofessional. If you value reliable service and actually getting the tickets you paid for, do not use Vegas.com. There are much better options for buying show tickets in Vegas.
I will never book with them again and strongly recommend everyone else avoids this website.

The venue was awesome

The venue was awesome. I was surprised that the seating was good for the stage, even though I had seats at the very top of the auditorium.
