The product I received doesn't match…

The product I received doesn't match the description and photos online. The product is called a Sofa set and yet I only received one piece- the bottom part of the cover. It's missing the cover for back rest of the sofa and covers for the arm rests of the sofa.

The shipping time was delayed significantly- doesn't correspond to the advertised time. It was very disappointing to discover that the description and photos of product online is misleading as it is not what I received.

This company conducts bad practices that go against the protection of the online consumer in EU. Their practices constitute misleading, which is it is a criminal offence.

When I asked the customer service team to be fully refunded because of the above issue they simply said I can return it- at my own cost! Please do not get scammed like me and avoid this company.

Their website lied with star ratings

Good thing I checked on the website Trustpilot itself. Almost bought something. Company website is showing more (green) truspilot stars though. When I tried to click the link goes nowhere. That got me thinking why would they do that? Misleading people = not good!
