Thank you for bringing this up, we checked your policy and we sent you the cancellation request the same day you asked us to cancel the policy but you did not sign it the same day, it was signed the following day. Once we received it, we submitted it to the insurance company and it was processed. I hope this helps.

We represent several insurance companies and while checking your policy we noticed you entered an incorrect VIN number when you purchased your policy online. Your insurance company tried to report the insurance to the DMV but it was rejected. Would it be possible for you to provide us a bill of sale so we can help you with this matter?
