Can't give them a zero rating otherwise I would. Ordered a work jacket and paid the 14.99 two to four day delivery.
After 4 days I contacted them and was told goods had been picked and despatched. After another 4 days still no goods. Contacted them by email, told the same thing.... Contacted them for a third time to be refunded my delivery fee but my goods were still not despatched.
Terrible service from start to finish. Winter will be over by the time I get the jacket!!!!

Great communication with customer service and really love my new work trouser !

My feet don’t hurt anymore and they stay dry. Too be honest I was trying to buy something else and then veltuff came up and well I read the description and didn’t hesitate placed my order paid and then before I knew it I was satisfied top marks all round

Ordered some Work cargo trousers, along with a long sleeve & short Sleeve polo - Received an email stating they do not have the work cargo trousers in stock (Black 36”) and was therefor refunded for the entire order by my request. Disappointing to see the items available to order if they are out of stock but never mind.
Days later I recheck their website and see the work trousers are in stock in a different colour (Although still showing in stock for the Black36”), however when looking I see the description states they advise to order the next size up - Great, I’ll order the Black pair I wanted in the next size up - They couldn’t also have those out of stock whilst still showing in stock could they…. WRONG.
Got an email saying the trousers are out of stock, but would I like to order the Black in 36” (Which I thought were out of stock?!?) or Navy in the size I ordered.

Finally after agreeing I will take them in navy instead of black, my order arrives at my home address(I will add it did arrive pretty fast) and one of the polos are completely missing from the order? No email, no refund - Nothing?? The piece of paper in with my order states the full order including the missing polo but the quantity field is left blank whereas the other items have a 1.

Not sure what is worse - the staff, their systems (Im sure this what they will blame) or all of the above…

Emailed asking for any type of correspondence relating to my missing items but I can’t see myself getting a reply any time soon…

The waste size for 38 is more like 36 with no give in the waistband

Goods apparently instock still not received over 4 weeks later.

I Ordered boots , what I was sent was not the boots I ordered , they told me they was sending the boots I had ordered & that they had been dispatched, a week later after opening a case they gave a refund , I have messages which said they was in transit which wasn’t true … avoid poor customer service

Useless! Ordered work trousers on express delivery (2-3 days). A week later I rang to see where the order was, to be told they were out of stock. No email to tell me this. How long would they of held my money? I had to call to get a refund. Not worth the 1 star but can't give less.

Good quality work trousers at a reasonable price. Nice fit. Pockets are adequate for coins and keys but not tools.

Delivered I’m on time items were good but had to return they were not quite what we wanted
