I purchased two tables from Vênoor- a Zeeba Coffee Table and a Zeeba Side Table.

The pre-sales service was really good. I was able to chat with Christopher as I was browsing who helped with my purchase. He was fab.

The tables themselves are gorgeous. Well made and of a good quality. Unfortunately, the courier damaged the side table during transit. I sent an email to Venoor on Saturday to let them know, despite being closed, I received a reply to my email from the MD promising to sort it Monday. I've since had my damaged item replaced.

Good service overall from a small company offering good quality products at a fair price - and they source ethically too. Win Win. Well done Vênoor.

I have received the Yana sofa last night and my family and I absolutely love it!!! The colour, fabric, quality, fits in perfectly (knees/back).. Height is perfect.. It was so difficult to find a perfect sofa, because everywhere I have been going, when I sit on a sofa, I sink in and cannot get up.. But this sofa is absolutely great and I am not facing such issues - so thank you Venoor Living :)

Received my sofa within 2 days of ordering - super quick delivery which I was very happy with because other companies' delivery time was 6-12 weeks which I found absolutely ridiculous!

The delivery people unpacked it for us, placed it in a room of our choice and took all the packaging along with them, so we didn't have to worry about all the mess.

Giving customer service excellent feedback - they have been fantastic and very prompt and professional.

Value for money 5 STARS!!! I found a very similar sofa online that was selling for over £3,000... so I am really happy with this purchase and value for money is great!!

Came across this website recently when looking to buy new pieces for my living room. I was really impressed with the selection of styles and reasonable prices. I purchased some tables and was really pleased with the whole process from start to finish. I like the story behind venoor. It's nice to know there are other options then IKEA out there. When you move into a new place or wish to redo your home , you are always on the lookout for something that is not only unique but also eye catching ! , Venoor living is one such organisation , their products are elegant , modern with a twist of old school charm that was amiss in many of the bigwigs in the market . So i thought id give it a try and ordered their Chalk white solid rug .
I was truly impressed with their prompt service , all my queries were answered in a professional manner , the product was delivered the same day and it looked stunning! , yes it really did justice to the picture( usually thats a task when it comes to online shopping ) , it went perfectly well , in fact their staff were so generous in their advice on how to place the rug in my living space with regard to the aesthetics of my space .
Truly impressed by Venoor Living , the new player in town , this is going to be a brand thats going to take the furniture business by storm and im glad i made this choice . Yes its a pleasurable indulgence knowing that my rug today helped plant a tree as a part of Venoor livings sustainable initiative . I bought the OGEE SAND PATTERN RUG & LOLU SOFA online via Venoor Living - both arrived on time and intact. I used the first time purchase code and got a discount - which was excellent!
Both items were of excellent quality and texture - my sister in law who is an interior designer was impressed :). Definitely worth the price I paid.
