Problem drawing
Problem was that the drawing is partly incorrect.
Specially the mounting of the doors was a big problem and teh holes didn't correspond always with the reality.

Low prices and extremely poor service!
They advertise on the website that they will recover the old mattress, however this is not true. They will ask for unrealistic conditions. I had to ask the refund via PayPal in order to get the money back, support after sale is totally useless.

Your customer service did npt respond…
Your customer service did npt respond to any of my messages through your whatsapp chat. Then I tried with the email option where customer service got back to me once but did not answer all my questions. Lack of a phone number to call was also a downside.
Furthermore, the delivery company just left the packages outside the door without even ringing the doorbell.
So we will most likely not order from you again.
