Seamless order process, quick delivery and product in line with the description on the website….. just some scratches on the ordered table, otherwise a perfect experience, bit good value for price

My experience, unfortunately, was not the best at first. The quality of the furniture was below my expectations, and on top of that, it arrived with a damaged part. This must have happened during transport, as the box was already dented when delivered. Sadly, even with the protection inside, the furniture still got dented. I felt extremely disappointed to receive a brand-new piece that already had a visible flaw.

However, I must highlight how efficiently and professionally the company resolved the issue. They handled my request with remarkable speed, leaving me both satisfied and pleasantly surprised. It is rare nowadays to find a company that not only takes responsibility but also ensures the client is left completely content. This excellent service turned my initial disappointment into a very positive overall experience.

The quality of the products are not great. Ok I did't buy something on the higher tier but still the quality is poor for the price in my opinion.
The instructions to put the furniture together is not clear at all, some of the holes are left out for you to drill, some of the steps are left for try-error and you figure out after a few tries.
The customer service is very responsive while you are buying the products and the response time gets much longer after you have bought the stuff.
The delivery was on time, so no problem there however 2 of my items were missing and apparently they were out of stock (which was not the case when I made the purchase) and after 2 weeks the customer service still has not gotten back to me after my several attempts.
Overall I do not recommend this brand.

After the company's response I am reducing the review from 2 stars to one star (thats the lowest I can give).
They say they tried to reach me for the missing items but there was never an attempt from their side. They have my email address and phone number but they never tried to reach out. I know it is the correct phone number and email address because they send me ads on email and they managed to call me for the initial delivery.

The fourniture was as exoected, very well protected and the delivery took place as planned.

Delivery reported. Furniture quality is not as expexted. Hinges adjustment does not permit a full alignment doors and drawers. End result is not as seen in pictures. Drawers operation is rough on one side an loose on the other.

Ordering from Vente-unique.lu was simple, and delivery was on time. The sofa matches the description and feels solid. I'm satisfied and would buy from them again.

At the first delivery attempt they said there was no one home, but we were here waiting. We needed to cancel a birthday party because there wasn't a sofa for people to sit in, so we rescheduled for the next Monday, and not only they didn't show up again, but they stopped answering in the chat and WhatsApp. That same day they did debit the amount for the same sofa that we never received.
Really unprofessional, I would not recommend it, not even for my worst enemy. I hope to at some point receive my sofa and a voucher or reimbursement,.

The delivery was good, on time as scheduled, but the product was extremely hard to assemble and of low quality.
