Incredibly easy to see all the good venue matches. My event was fairly complicated with two very different space needs for the same evening, and Jess was able to match my needs with locations at the price point I was looking for. Only feedback is for one of the venues (and not sure if this is VenueScanner feedback or feedback for the venue itself) - they showed beautiful panoramic views in their brochures, then put forward a room in the contract that had no views. Felt a little bit like a bait and switch, but Jess was ultimately able to get us the better view at a lower price.

Megan at Venue Scanner was incredibly helpful, responsive, and genuinely friendly throughout our search process which took a few months. She helped identify the right conference venue, attendee/employee hotel options, and even found a great happy hour location I had not anticipated. She answered all questions timely and offered her thoughtful recommendations on the best options for our needs. What really stood out was her commitment. When out of the office, she proactively looped in teammates to ensure everything kept moving smoothly. I truly appreciate her professionalism and dedication, and I’ll definitely be reaching out to Megan again for our event next year.

She put together a selection of event spaces around London which all matched the criteria we had shared with her, whilst each offered a different style/set-up for us to consider. Zero enquiries, zero bookings, zero support and over 3K fees paid over 3 years. We DO NOT recommend this platform and believe me, they will chase you for the money eventhough they didn't deliver what they promised in the first place. Avoid!

Spent ages trying to find a restaurant that can actually host 27 people in a truly private dining room near our office to no avail. I put the enquiry out on Venue Scanner and Ciara came back with suggestions in under an hour. One was perfect and I ended up booking straight away. Super easy!

They have an amazing team, who as well as being lovely ☺️are so invested in getting the client the right location for their events. I must have had 2 enquiries in the year where weren't a great fit from the offset, but the rest have been spot on.

The team know their stuff, with a solid background in events, which helps the process for everyone!
