This being my second transplant. The first in London (horrible experience. Stay away from Vinci clinic Harley street). Vera Clinic was so much better. Don’t let people scare you into thinking doing it at home is better because it’s really not. Vera clinic was so professional. I wish I had done my first transplant with them.

I had a great experience with Vera Clinic for my hair transplant. I received 3,300 grafts and stayed for 4 days and 3 nights, and everything was very well organized from start to finish. The hotel was comfortable, and the transportation they arranged made the whole process easy and stress-free.
The clinic is modern and clean, and the medical team was professional and attentive throughout the procedure. They answered all my questions and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. The aftercare instructions were clear, and they’ve continued to follow up with me after I returned home.

I recently had a hair transplant at Vera Clinic and I am very pleased with the experience.
Staff was very welcoming, friendly, professional and reassuring. I was always accompanied by a dedicated translator throughout my journey, and everyone (medical consultant, translators, technicians, doctors, media team, taxi drivers, etc) made me feel looked after and were brilliant at their job. I actually had a great time with them!
Equipment and installations were modern, very clean and comfortable. Their corridors reminded me to those on spaceship!
All procedures were explained without jargon and I had time to understand them before consenting to continue. My preferences were always sought and concerns listened, for instance regarding the shape of my hairline.
The whole journey from the first contact with my medical consultant, arrival to the clinic, hair transplant, physical reviews and current online follow ups are very well organised.
They collected me from the airport and organised my hotel and multiple taxi rides between the hotel and the clinic everyday. It is just what you need after a long day travelling and after having a hair transplant.
If you are planning to do a hair transplant, I can reassure you that this is a top place.

My experience with Vera clinic
My experience with Vera clinic was very good. The drivers were always on time and very friendly.
The staff at the clinic were also very welcoming and explained every step clearly.
One evening I have lost some painkillers in the hotel which the clinic which Andrew has very quickly resolved and managed to get one of the drivers to drop it off within couple of hours which was very helpful!
Overall I’m happy with the procedure and everything revolved around it from transfers to hotel stay.
