Extremely helpful when I couldn't get the device working. Sorted very quickly and professionally.
When I need a device for my other business, this is where I will be going.
Device itself has a large screen and very easy to use.

I find this company is very trustworthy and reliable excellent service.

Don't go near this company , card reader stops working 2 weeks out of warranty and they want to sell you a new one
They're technical dept aren't that great either , all week they've been telling me that they're sending a software update to the machine and that will solve the issue despite the fact i've been telling them its a hardware issue as buttons aren't working
Thats over 3 hours on phone calls to them this week .
Being self employed thats 3 hours lost income

Very helpfull great service understand and helps me out anytime i need it only 1% charge for any transaction and easy to talk to when needed. Would highly recomend.

I’m transferring to Verifone from Sumup. The savings I am making are much more than I thought! The support from the initial phone call to setting up my machine has been second to none! I would highly recommend if you are considering changing your provider, or even if you’re not you may be surprised 😀
