I contacted the company about a minor issue, and received prompt, very helpful responses. I'm very happy with how I was treated.

I purchased my Verilux Smart Light for my desk at work. Management keeps the fluorescent lights overhead down very low due to colleagues on my team who suffer from migraine headaches. I purchased a different desk light initially and it broke almost immediately. I have since purchqased my Verilux light and am able to see well enough to get my work done and the light appears to be quite study.

You guys did an excellent job. I emailed/called to request that no invoice be included as this was a gift. I received prompt replies and the matter was resolved. I have been very satisfied with this company for many years. I frequently give your products as gifts. The person who received this gift was extremely surprised and thrilled to have a piece of sunshine at his desk everyday.

They had only 1Size bulb for the clean wave sanitizing wand. I forgot they sold 2 size wands of course they only had the long one and I thought it was the short one.
The wand I had was never taken out of the box So last week I took it out and tried it it would not work.on line people have the same problem

The Happy Light is wonderfully compact. The light settings are quite a bit brighter than I expected.

How lucky do I feel about Verilux and the good people who work to make the product and the company an excellent example of what makes a customer happy. I would not be able to get through most days if I did not have my Verilux light to enhance my state of mind. When the light stopped working, I hurried to the computer to order another. Within a few days the new bulb was in my hands and I was relieved to sit in the "sunlight" again. How perfect is it to be able to trust this company and all of the people who give of themselves to help people like me. I remember when most companies thought customer satisfaction was the most important thing - not so much anymore. Thank you all for restoring my faith. I am one very grateful customer.

Full-spectrum bulbs replicate the sun's light, particularly important in wintertime. The compact fluorescents also save energy. I've been using these happily for years.

It was a very simple process,I ordered it, and my order arrive a couple day later.
