I give my dive watch to change the…

I give my dive watch to change the battery they charge 50€ to change it. I said OK. 2 week later(12/12/2024 I received it. 4 days later(16/12)I discovered it had (sharp) scratches on the watch. Which coses skin bleeding.i went Back to shop I explained it. They took my watch back. Today 9/1/2025. They call me to come and get my watch!! So after 3 week them explained none sense we received it like this and it was not our fault!! Which bull 💩💩
1.it took them +3 weeks to come up with this nonsense 💩💩💩
2.they fixed the sharpen scratch 🤔 they didn't charge me.+ I had this watch over than 6month no problem within.
So they made the problem and fixed it. And it took them 3 weeks to come up with this nonsense explanation.
