Perfect! No issues at all

Excellent service and quick delivery

I was nervous to order blinds online, but I needed a custom size so took the gamble. I'm delighted with them, the arrived quickly, the instruction videos and pdfs were good. They fit perfectly and I was glad to have the insurance incase I'd measured wrong, but thankfully didnt need it.
We have a 4m window so it took two to install it. Really pleased and would definitely use again.

Except for waiting a long time for my blinds to arrive ..thry did arrive and they are just stunning ...love them...great company will use again

Poor quality and poor customer care service.

No response from customer care team even after multiple attempts to contact.

Delivery is also poor as my blinds was sent in two attempts with no communication saying that there will be two deliveries and when tried to reach customer care then no response. I was sitting in dark until all items was recieved.

The end result is very good, but there were problems getting there.
When ordering vertical blinds the purchaser does not know dimensions of the head track or brackets, or the space that will be left above the floor. the purchaser provides the overall dimensions of the opening.
The blinds I subsequently received touched the ground, and had to be replaced with blinds a few milemeters shorter.

Great service when my order went through I didn't notice my shipping address was wrong. Quick call and Siobhan sorted it for me. They arrived within a week. Delivery firm in contact all the time. Followed the instructions of web page. Drilled four holes and the brackets made it a easy fix. I'm 68 and female.

Plenty of choices to view. Received prompt and regular updates. Delivery was also quick. Not disappointed with items received.

I recently purchased two sets of vertical blinds from Vertical Blinds Direct and am extremely pleased with both the product and the service. The ordering process was simple and straightforward, making it easy to order exactly what I needed.
Although the blinds arrived a little later than expected, I was kept updated throughout the process which was very reassuring and showed excellent customer service.
The quality and appearance of the blinds are amazing. The colour and the pattern I chose compliments my room very well. They fit perfectly, they look fantastic and have really transformed my living and dining room. The finish is excellent and they look far more expensive than I expected.
Overall I am very happy with my purchase and would happily recommend Vertical Blinds Direct to anyone looking for high-quality blinds and great customer service.

Too early to say the one we have replaced with this only with lasted 3 months. Couldn't get any support so kept it going for 14 months
This is identical I was desperate needed it quick don't have great hopes, but needs must.
The only thing was very quick delivery, which is why I ordered it. That bit was brilliant.

Delivery driver carried parcel through for me. Due to being very heavy.
Everyone comments about the colours and very interested in them.

Blinds arrived on time, lengths were exact as requested measurements.

The blinds were easy to put up and easy to get in the right place. The measurements were spot on couldn’t have got any better. The quality of them and the pattern I chose where beautiful I absolutely love them Californian steel is my choice. We also found the prices very reasonable as we are pensioners and a good buy is most important, thank you very much vertical blinds.
