The team was responsive and clear. They managed the changes quickly and kept us on track and the help with the concierge made the other parts of buying a house super easy. This is service that is above and beyond unlike the 3 other times I have bought a house.

Buying a home can be stressful, but this team made the entire process feel smooth and reassuring from start to finish. Lindsey, my loan officer, was absolutely wonderful. She made me feel comfortable every step of the way, was incredibly knowledgeable, and always responded so quickly whenever I had questions or needed guidance.
Kelly, my loan coordinator, was amazing as well! She stayed on top of every detail, kept everything moving, and our closing ended up being moved up, which meant so much to our family.
Everyone I interacted with was kind, personable, and truly cared about making this a positive experience. I never felt like just another file, they treated us like people. I am so grateful for all of their hard work and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a mortgage team that genuinely goes above and beyond!

Matthew Reehl was the most amazing loan officer I could ever ask for. Cool, calm and collected. He knows exactly what to do like a 30 year pro. He made the process super simple and easy .
And his counter part Jared did his thing as well. These are the perfect due to work with when your looking for a new home. I cannot say anything negative at all about these guys. To add to it they paired me with the greatest of all time realtor Mrs. Diana Jones . Man this woman is the exclamation mark. Amazing.. she knows her job and she is super committed to making your dreams come true. Literally working until 2am and sending documents over for me to sign. She is remarkable. Highly recommend for first time buyers using a VA loan, you wont be disappointed. I give them a 10 out of 10 !

Advertise $0 down Veteran loans but it cost me over $10k in closing costs. After my loan was funded they immediately sold my account to Rocket Mortgage. I could have went straight through Rocket at a .5% APR cheaper. What a joke. Never again!

I can’t imagine buying a house without a concierge. Veteran’s United made things so easy, even finding my realtor. They were able to get me through the buying process pretty quickly. Once I found my home, we settled within the month. K I’m very happy.
