We had technical problems with our
camper in the weekend. We could stay two days on there parkinglot and on monday they realy did a very good job by fixing the problem. So we could go on with our vacation. Thanks very much.

When I bought the car, I was told that it came with a 2-year insurance plan. However, I soon discovered that the brakes were not functioning properly. When I reached out to the dealership about the issue, I was shocked to be told that there was no guarantee for the brakes. This kind of misinformation and lack of accountability is simply unacceptable. I hope that others considering purchasing from [Biler] will be aware of my experience."

You bought the car last year in September. At that time, the car was passing SYN with no question.
We looked at your brakes this month, and did tell you that the brakes were worn.
Wear parts are never a part of the warranty.
How often your brakes must be changed is a question about how many KM you drive combined with your driving style.
