Good information/no flexibility
Providing information was good, but there was a lack of flexibility and make the offer interesting for the customer. I found the car I wanted by accident in the shop, otherwise I would choose to go another way.

Via Biler Vallensbæk workshop stuff is extremely helpful and competent. Even being fully booked, they managed to take a look at my car which had a serious software fault and fixed it in no time. Didn't catch the names of the guys involved, but big kudos to them and it's always great to visit this place, as I am always met with a great and professional service. Thank you!

Incredible sales staff - especially Casper
All sales staff (especially Casper) were very professional and helpful. Delivery of vehicle with 'red carpet' and giant red bow was a nice touch. Garage staff were also extremely helpful and efficient.

It was a nice experience with my Sales who’s name is Matias. I’m a new driver, I just got my drive license, actually I don’t know anything about a car. I have many questions, some of the questions maybe didn’t make any sense. And at the same time, my English is not good. So it’s a little difficult for us to communicate. Completely satisfied with buying experience
We are very happy with the choice of Toyota dealership for buying a car. We initially wanted a different model, but Casper also showed us Toyota C-HR and we really loved it. The whole process of buying the car was very smooth. We received updates on expected delivery time (which was 1 month earlier than initially planned). We also got a video of our car once it arrived at the dealership. All in all, we had an excellent customer experience! Many thanks to Casper Sas Sørensen and Via Biler Toyota Amager!
