NOTE: Viabox requested removal of this review that I so genuinely and truthfully wrote. Just because it shows how rubbish they are as a company they removed it.
I have been a Viabox customer for 5 months. It is my first time using a US mailbox. In these past 5 months I have had one shipment successfully sent to me but there were unaccounted for delays i.e. no tracking information provided, no communication for 8 days (8 days after confirmation was received of shipment being made, it still hadn't left LA). I wasn't able to see this until after 8 days when Viabox customer services responded to me with the tracking information saying the airport had some delays and it wasn't their fault my package was unaccountable for 8 days. I could understand that if there was communication but there was none for that 8 day period so that is nothing to do with the airport its to do with them!
In regards to my second shipment, it has been 4 weeks since my items arrived in my US mailbox and they still haven't been sent to me because of incorrect information given by the staff. The amount of time it takes for the customer services team to reply is far too long! When I do receive replies, it is usually incorrect and not addressing my questions. I had to repeat myself more than 3 times because the person at Viabox didn't understand me.
Initially I was told my package had restricted items (body lotion) and that I could not use the carrier I had selected (Aramex) so I was told I needed to use a different carrier, this became an extra $18 extra for the increased shipping cost and then after 2 days I received confirmation that my shipment was sent out. So I requested the tracking information and didn't hear anything and then 5 DAYS LATER I was emailed to say that my shipment contains restricted items and that I needed to choose ANOTHER carrier (USPS) which was another $17, so I have now paid $64 and the shipment hasn't left their warehouse.
Overall 1 out of 2 shipments has been received. The one that arrived was damaged on my first shipment. They didn't listen to my instructions and accepted packages that I asked them not to accept AFTER they confirmed they didn't accept them.
This was my first experience using a US mailbox but I will not be using this company again. The experience was stressful and more headache than it was worth - especially when your items arrive damaged.

Didn't get my item in time and no reason given
When I told the customer service there is no update on the tracking. They told me to wait as it is not reliable. What's the point to give me the tracking number if it's not reliable at all? Not to mention the shipping fee of viabox is expensive as hell. After estimated delivery time, I still didn't get my item. They told me to wait for 1 or 2 days for shipping department to check. It's been a week and I still have not got an answer. Definitely not recommended to use Viabox.

Shipment cost about 3 times more expensive than others. Used them once and will not be using them anymore. Compare to MyUS, even with the sales tax added in, total cost will be less than half that of Viabox.

One of the stupidest companies I have ever seen, my Items were shipped and they listed it in my item list. When I paid through my credit card and asked them for shipping they started their verification.
Which I completely understand and I sent them everything they need the application form, my documents with my pictures. Then they denied my Credit Card payment saying that credit cards are not available in my country. I don't know why and how are they saying this while everyone mostly in our country have cards. Now they have disposed my items and the money I paid on amazon for the items are all gone because they are thieves and probably took all the items to themselves.

After 8 months of waiting for my package I get refunded a quarter of the cost!
I ordered $642 worth of merchandise from Amazon US in January
and paid for Viabox to ship it to Rio De Janeiro where I was working at the time. The package didn't ship on time so I changed my flights to give it another week and still no cigar. I moved back to Australia to find out it had been stuck in customs. I tried calling customs and no one there spoke English and I didn't speak Portuguese. Viabox offered no help. It was in customs for another 3 months, upon which I found out it was lost. USPS offered a cheque for $208, a third of the cost of the original package (a fifth if you include shipping and Viabox fees!). Viabox did not help. I asked to escalate this issue. Viabox did not help. AVOID THIS COMPANY LIKE THE PLAGUE.

They helped me locate a package that I shipped to my suite at Viabox, even-though I forgot to add my suite number on the shipping address.
I was worried that it will be lost but their support team really came through, just gotta take into account the time difference since they're on the west coast of the USA.
Received my items safe & with no damages
My sister shipped a couple of pairs of shoes to my suite but forgot to add my suite address on the shipping address.
I contacted their support and they were very helpful in locating my boxes using the tracking numbers I provided them.
They consolidated my boxes & forwarded them to me & I received them safe & with no damages within less than 1 week.

received my package today & everything was well protected and sealed.
Shipping carrier tracking was little delayed by a day or two, but other than that, delivery time was reasonable with no delays at customs.

Very bad. The shipping cost is ridiculous, double higher than planetexpress.com and when I wanted to ship it to another freight forwarding company they denied.

I have been using Viabox since 2016 and so far everything works as expected.
I like the fact that they don't charge a monthly subscription fee like the majority of other forwarding companies. You only pay for the shipping fees.
Crazy high shipment prices
Unfortunately they do not have their shipping rates on the site until you actually ship an item to them. Regardless of the weight the cheapest you’re looking at shipping to UK is about $170. The same shipping and service at shipitto.com and the payment was around $70.
They rely on you shipping your item to them and hope you just pay the extortionate fee if you want it. If you're happy paying high prices the service is good.

They refused to ship one item which they said was flammable - took over a week of twoing and frowing with the product data sheet to convince them it wasnt flammable and had a melt point of over 1500 degrees f.
Took them 3 weeks to amalgamate the parcels 4 of which were missing for a time and not listed on the manifest. Even once they did manage to find everything on receipt 2 items are missing.
Then took a further 2 weeks to correct a postal error as there are companies on their drop down shipping menu that they dont use. But they dont tell you till you've paid for the shipping. It then takes weeks to get them to apply the monies paid to a different shipping option.
After 8 weeks without my purchases I was basically losing the will to live.
Most items finally arrived too late for the vacation they were ordered for.
This company and their directors (who are not listed anywhere on line) are the worst shower that I have ever dealt with.
Just dont go there - you will only regret it

Don't work with this company. A complete waste of time and money. The first time I ship with them, I'm told they have a glitch with UPS and couldn't process. It took almost a week for customer service to reply my email and proceed to return the items for reprocessing. Then, just as I paid shipping for a second time and chose FedEx, I'm told that they 'noticed' the package contains restricted items and I need to contact them again. At the same time, I got an email from FedEx that they've already picked up the package. Now I'm waiting for customer service clarification on what they did or did not ship. Viabox's shipping rates is very expensive too. I pay 40 dollars for 5lbs with another shipper. Here for 1lb I paid over 80 dollars. I'll never choose them again.
