Considering 6,258 reviews, reviewers had a great experience with this company. Customers truly appreciate how simple it is to navigate the platform and order tickets without any trouble, creating a smooth booking journey. Many consumers also highlight that tickets are securely transferred well ahead of time, enabling them to enjoy truly fantastic live performances. Some reviewers were not happy with the anxiety and stress caused by waiting until the very day before the show to finally receive their digital passes.

From my side of view Viagogo is more…

From my side of view Viagogo is more scam than service.

It look like official ticket seller but it is not. It just resell ticket from others and also for prices they are far more expensive than original.

It use lots of adds and pay to be on top when you google thsn it looks like normal reliable ticket seller.

People they usually do not think about it and like me they buy ticket two or three times more expensive than they are even while original ticket seller is still selling them much much cheaper.

Be carefull, be curious for me this is half scam waiting for someone who is not aware too much.

When u complaint they send you a big appology how they understand but it is all what u get.

Be careful and look around if you cant get your tickets for a fraction of their price.

100% perfect for me

I wasn't sure at first but I bought my ticket for the bts concert PARIS D2 for a very good price : It was sold out everywhere since a long time and I found my ticket in april at 125€ instead of 166€ (the basic selling price). With the taxes i paid 189€ (make sure to check the taxes), so basically almost the same price than ticketmaster.

Even if I was worried they answered my questions, and the D-Day I entered without any problem at the gate.

Thank you it was a really great experience with your app !! :)

SCAM! SCAM! SCAM!

I purchased tickets from Viagogo in February for Bon Jovi in Madison Square Gardens in July. Tickets never arrived despite me emailing and messaging them and being promised all was good and tickets would be sent. This caused me no end of stress. I was in New York on holiday and this was supposed to be a nice treat not cause me no end of stress!! I ended up buying new tickets from MSG direct (at a much cheaper price) and asked Viagogo for a full refund. Well the hoops you have to jump through re ridiculous

Have to prove you purchased the tickets
Prove in emails that there are no ticket transfer emails
Prove that the event actually took place
Prove you bought new tickets

They are not the most helpful company as all and I would 100% advise not using them! They are scammers. Take your money with no issues at all but are not so good at refunding it even when they know they are in the wrong. You get emails saying that you refund request is under review. What's to review! They failed their part of the contact therefore refunds should be instant. I have now today received my refund but it should not have taken 2 weeks!

Never never never use this company. This is the worst service I have ever received for concert tickets!!

Great experience!

I don’t normally write reviews, but I felt like I needed to with this one. I couldn’t get tickets the ‘normal’ way to go see Luke Combs at Wembley Stadium, so I bought them on Viagogo. Only after I read the mixed reviews and was abit stressed to start with. However I just went with the flow, if I got them, great. If not, there was a guarantee of my money back.

The conclusion of this was that I just had one of the best nights of my life watching Luke Combs… the tickets were there on time. I think having them electronically is great. Nice and easy. 100% would use Viagogo again. I trust them until my trust is broken. If it’s like this weekend all the time, then I’ll continue to use them.

Definitely not recommended

Definitely not recommended

I booked tickets through Viagogo in Feb 2026. My tickets weren’t delivered until just before the event July 2026, causing unnecessary stress and leaving me convinced they weren’t going to be issued at all.

The whole experience was incredibly frustrating and not what you’d expect when paying for event tickets. I wouldn’t recommend using Viagogo and will avoid booking through them again in the future.

The experience was incredible

The experience was incredible! I made the booking process a year ahead, prior to the Wordcup tickets where avaiable. For that reason I could found airplane tickets and acomodation a better tariff.

Reliable and Smooth Experience, but Excessive Fees

I have purchased tickets through Viagogo three times, and every experience has been smooth and reliable.

Most recently, we bought four tickets for Tomorrowland. Before the event, I read many negative comments claiming that tickets could be fake, duplicated, or resold multiple times. In our case, none of that was true. Everything worked perfectly, all four tickets were valid, and we entered the festival without any problems.

The tickets were delivered as promised, and the entire process was straightforward. Based on my three personal experiences, I have had very positive results with Viagogo and would use the platform again.

My only criticism is the extremely high service fees. For our Tomorrowland tickets, the Viagogo fees were approximately 30% of the ticket price, which I consider excessive. The service itself was excellent, but the fees should be much lower and shown as clearly as possible from the beginning.

I guess everthing was done well. I only had to buy the ticket. Simple steps easy instructions. The price was very good also.

100% positive

After reading some bad reviews I was reluctant to use, but to see Luke Combs it was worth the risk. So easy to use and we got our tickets without any issues. Had the best night ever at Wembley and would happily use again in the future. Would definitely recommend 👌
