What an amazing experience, too more great gigs!

I sold tickets I had bought through viagogo back through their website. When the funds didn’t arrive I complained and advised Viagogo I had proof not only on their website the tickets had been sold but the person who bought them confirmed they had the tickets. Apparently I hadn’t confirmed the transfer in time on their site so Viagogo decided I should not get my money.
This is what they say: We are contacting you regarding your order 645829451 for Gorillaz on 20 June 2026.i am totally disgusted - here’s what they said:We have completed our review of the dispute referenced above. At this time, we are unable to accept the dispute due to invalid proof of transfer. The documentation provided did not meet the required criteria necessary to support a reversal. As previously requested, valid proof of transfer must clearly include:
• Date and time the transfer was completed
• Event details (event name, date, time, and section, row, seat numbers, and any included concessions)
• Buyer’s information, including the email address used for EACH transfer

Additionally, all screenshots or documentation must be UNCROPPED, UN-PHOTOSHOPPED, and CLEARLY LEGIBLE. Proof that does not include all required details cannot be accepted.

Because the required valid documentation was not provided, the dispute has been denied and the charge remains valid. This determination is final, and the case is now closed.

At no point did viagogo make any attempt to ask me for further proof and all their advisors told me is that viagogo would do a review. They now have my money for the original purchase and the additional moneys for the resale of this tickets. Do not use viagogo. !!

The tickets were available two days before the concert, i received notifications when they were available, so it helped a lot with having confidence that everything is going to work out good. And it did. The concert was amazing!

First time buyer. Everything went to plan. Easy transaction. Check seller ratings and history as I was nervous to buy before I saw their sales but was given confidence they were a genuine seller.

Can’t fault my experience with viagogo. I was sceptical and worried from some previous reviews, but I received my link for my tickets a week before the concert date and they were transferred to my ticketmaster account with no issues. Entrance to the concert went smoothly and the seats were exactly what I had purchased. Would use again.

Perfect, hassle free

I never got my tickets. Shortly before the show up was offered an alternative. We got to the theater andi didn't have them. I had to rebuy the tickets I had already paid for

Dreadful, purchased tickets for £248 each, next day sent email stating those tickets were no longer available and the “guarantee” would provide replacements, sent worse tickets that at the time were on their site for £140 but was given a £10 voucher for the inconvenience! Great £10 while viagogo pocket £206! Over 70 mins on phone to different team members as they kept cutting the call when I asked to speak to a manager. Still no contact from manager despite asking for my number. Having to go through card company for refund, used in past with no issues but if there is an issue their customer service is abysmal!!!

Really good experience

Tickets never arrived after several phone calls we was assured the tickets would be with us before the concert started we made the decision to drive the 3 hours to the stadium ringing them on the way still being reassured the tickets would arrive to get to London at the tube station recieved an email saying tickets wasn’t coming and press here to request a refund absolutely furious and heart broken was an understatement luckily there was tickets left on ticket master paid and recieved within minutes so viagogo I will never ever use u again

Easy to purchase, received tickets about a week in advance, competitive prices and kept me updated. Would use again and would recommend.

It was seamless.
Got the ticket in a timely fashion and was able to transfer with ease.
In between, any questions I had got answered clearly and fully.

I was really worried about purchasing tickets 3rd party but they came through 5 days before the concert and all went smoothly. Really chuffed x

Amazing experience from start to finish! Tickets arrived to my inbox about a week before the concert! The tickets were expensive for a pitch standing but think they were a resale! Just so pleased we managed to see Bruno Mars & Anderson.Paak what a fabulous night!

I had heard nightmares about re-sale tickets, but our experience was the total opposite. The actual seats were AMAZING and we got in absolutely no trouble. The concert was brilliant. Will definitely use again.
