I was worried about receiving the tickets but i need not have worried everything was sent to us a week before and very easy to use. The seats were where expected them.

worst customer care ever.... i haven't had anytime a worst experience. and they hide behind this is the policy...
they also do fake advertisement. You can resell your tickets, but they put a lot of fees on it!

It was so easy to order the tickets and they came in good time for the concert as I had to travel to another country. Absolutely fabulous concert. I was 4ft from my favourite singer. Complete heaven.

I reached Viagogo through a sponsored search result headed “Royal Albert Hall 2026 Tickets” and paid £246.54 for a Joe Hisaishi ticket whose stated face value was £99. The listing showed a 19:30 start, but the official promoter’s page says 19:00 (doors 18:15). Even after I reported this, the Viagogo listing still showed 19:30 at the time of writing.

I asked to cancel and refund the order because the event information was incorrect. Viagogo refused, said checking the details was my responsibility, and told me my only option was to relist the ticket—even though their own order confirmation states that resale is prohibited for this event. I was also called twice at around 5am after asking for email communication only.

Customer service did not resolve the inaccurate listing or provide a meaningful written explanation. Based on my experience, the pricing, information transparency, and complaint handling were unacceptable. I would not use Viagogo again.

I was happy to receive the ticket even if it was on the same day with the concert. I was so excited to see The Weeknd perform live. So a win is a win!

scammed and my tickets didn’t allow me into the match. We flew to portugal to go watch a match and unfortunately the tickets we purchased were not usable. Would not recommend.

Never again! Till the last minute they promised to deliver tickets - but they didn't! So please be aware - these people doesn't deserve to be in business !

The concert itself was fantastic, and the arrival experience was excellent, everything well sign posted. Plenty of food/beverage options inside which were very efficient.
The leaving experience was very different though, there was little crowd management, signposting for different transport methods (I was trying to get to a bus stop, but got stuck in a mass of people going to the tube). Why not have segregated queues for different transportation (as for example the O2 do very well)

The show was great, and with the tickets in our hands immediately upon purchasing month beforehand, it was stress-free.

It was easy to purchase, secured by viagogo, and to use the voucher to enter the event.

Bought tickets with viagogo 11 months before the concert. No tickets were transferred to me even when I requested to resend them. 1 day before the concert I received email from the Ticketmaster who were responsible for the concert, saying that I have not confirmed the tickets transferred to me. I could not confirm something I never received. When I contacted viagogo they told me they are not responsible for the tickets as soon as Ticketmaster is organizing the concert in this country. When I asked if they give me money back in case if I will not be able to enter the concert (site assured I have insurance and protection) the answer was negative. Thanks god in the stadium I was able to solve this problem and receive paper tickets, however, there was a high chance that I would simply not be able to visit concert or receive a refund, situation caused me a lot of stress. Moreover, the viagogo fees are extremely high. I regret I did not find a legitimate ticket seller and just bought the tickets on the first sponsored website.
