Tickets arrived almost month before the event.

Communication was clear even if the necessity to print our tickets and the purchase confirmation was not required, the rest worked perfectly.

My experience was great, the concert was wanderful but in my opinion the comision for tickets is too high

Great was nervous about tickets not coming through and not working at entrance but all went really smoothly and we had the most fabulous night .. luke combs was fabulous !!!

i went to ye concert (kanye west) and it was incredible. on official site they were 250€ but with viagogo i bought a bargain 146€+60€ tax sadly but i got one of the best seats. the tickets came like 2 hours later and worked perfectly fine. i will surely use viagogo again for another concert

we paid well over the top for Luke combs tickets and I was worried they would be fake but there was no need, everything was absolutely fine.Everything went really smoothly and I would definitely use you again if I was desperate for tickets.

Was a bit nervous using viagogo for the first time, however it worked like a dream. The tickets were transferred a week before the event! No issues at the stadium! Can't go wrong!

I really wanted to go to luke combs concert but had no chance getting tickets, i heard mixed reviews about viagogo but im pleased to say I purchased 5 tickets with no issues, had several updates from viagogo leading upto the event, i would use again,

Great options and variety on prices and locations. I would love to see more "instant download" tickets, but other than that, it was a great experience.

My advice, based on my experience – don’t buy a ticket from Viagogo.
I bought a ticket to the Albert Hall Proms for a performance on the 27th of July and it was confirmed with an assurance that the tickets would be made available before the event. The event was due to start at 7pm and at 5:54pm I received an email saying that I had been upgraded and the tickets would be delivered shortly. The tickets eventually arrived at 20:23 after the event was half way through. Taking the long fruitless journey into central London was bad enough but the customer service I experienced was much worse.
I initially communicated with the robot chat line who told me that the issue was noted and the service team would contact me shortly. This was repeated for the next three days until I asked questions which the robot couldn’t answer and handed me over to a human. The agent then told me they had no open record of any case or claim and when I gave the reference number and repeated what I had been told by the robot, was told that I had been given a replacement ticket and therefore had no basis for a claim. The agent did not seem to comprehend the point that even the replacement ticket had arrived too late to be used. I had an identical experience with a service representative that I spoke to on the customer help line.
And then I witnessed something quite astonishing – the whole online chat that I had been conducting with them for the previous three days actually disappeared before my eyes – it had been wiped clean. Fortunately, I had saved this with copy/paste and I am considering forwarding it together with a complaint to the CMA.
Hence my recommendation - have nothing to do with Viagogo or their customer support team.

I'm so happy my ticket actually worked as I've heard mixed reviews about viagogo. I went to see the Bruno Mars Concert (The Romantic Tour) and had a blast!

Would give negative stars if possible. My Dave Chappelle tickets were not supplied on time in the app. Bought at great expense, then refused access at the box office when trying to pick them up. Tickets were also issued in the wrong name - not sure how this was possible as I obviously know how to enter my own surname correctly into their online form.

When I tried to get a refund and took time to submit one before the gig started - missing the support act in the process after having to buy new tickets at great expense, viagogo labelled my support claim 'fraudulent' and tried to block my account. £900 out of pocket.

The only fraud here is viagogo. Use this scam company at your peril.

My tickets arrived in a timely manner to my AXS account! Only issue I had was that it said it was 100% being delivered to my ticketmaster - but doesn’t really matter for me. Just for people who want to buy tickets from viagogo in the future here are my tips: make sure the seller has a trader star, and make sure the deliverance says AXS transfer or mobile ticket transfer. If it says all of that you should be good. Happy buying. Thank you Viagogo - can’t wait to stand for Ariana Grande :)
