I was so scared because it was my first purchase in this app and I travel from one continent to another just for this concert. At first, the tickets weren't sent to my ticketmaster account.But later I realized after talking to them that the tickets weren't available to be sent to another person's account until 2 months before the concert. So it wasn't their fault. After that I received the ticket on my ticketmaster account and sent them to my wallet account.
The day of the concert I wasn't scared at all but once I pass through the security check I realized that everything went smoothly the ticket hadn't had any scan problem So I felt completely secure with everything. I recommend this thing

Awful experience, and an unethical company. I was about to order a ticket for approx 180 euros then they added a 75 euro fee and another 15 euro fee - literally half of the ticket price. I cancelled and used another service.

I am extremely disappointed with Viagogo's complete lack of support. I purchased 4 tickets for The Weeknd in Madrid (August 29) under Order Number: 62361XXXX.
The ticket transfer was done incorrectly by the seller. When I try to access them on Ticketmaster, I get an error saying the order cannot be found with my email. Ticketmaster Spain officially confirmed to me that the transfer was not successful and that Viagogo must resolve this.
I sent an urgent email over a month ago explaining the issue, and I have received absolutely zero response. The concert is next month, I have already booked my flights and accommodation, and I still don't have my tickets.
I demand that Viagogo immediately investigates this with the seller or provides equivalent replacement tickets under the Viagogo Guarantee. Please contact me urgently to resolve this before I am forced to dispute the charge with my bank.

Show was great, but there was terrible smell from the toilets and it was difficult to see clearly the artist from our seats. There was a big tree between us and the stage. We paid 290 euro each ticket, but saw very little.

Viagogo is real. Thank you so much. Transaction was good and I am happy to buy the ticket here after I got scammed.

It was good , but since I had to travel to London for the concert a few days before I was a bit nervous about the tickets. They were available only the same day of the e concert

When booking tickets for Robbie Williams in Seville, the area I chose stated seating. On arrival at the event, there was no seating. Viagogo customer services, tried to blame the venue. However they advertised the area as seating and should accept responsibility. They refuse to accept liability. Beware.

Really great event, except I would've preferred tickets earlier. Although I do appreciate the reasoning behind this. I was afraid I'd been scammed!

I would not buy from this con ticket company, I purchased 4 tickets to see Robbie Williams in Seville, with seats, throughout the whole purchase it kept on giving seat numbers etc and on the day of the concert no seating was even available, I was sold these tickets on fraud as they knew this was a seatless event yet sold me tickets even numbers given, when I contacted customer support they tried to fob me off saying I was sold these tickets correct tickets when i said I can send them proof from them stating I had seats they closed the conversation down, DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SCAMMING COMPANY.

Never received my ticket, still no refund 2 months later. I purchased a ticket on Viagogo for the Bad Bunny concert in May 2026 for $425. The ticket was never delivered and I COULD NOT ATTEND THE CONCERT.
It is now July and I still have not been refunded. Their policy of 30 days to refund a customer who never received what they paid for is already unacceptable, but they haven't even honored that. Instead, I keep getting excuse after excuse.
Their latest claim: they say the refund was already issued. But the card number they reference is not mine, and when I asked for proof of the refund, they told me they cannot provide one. A company that claims to have sent money should be able to prove it.
$425 lost, a missed concert, and months of runaround. Avoid this platform, in case of fraud you can't get your money back easily.

Bought VIP tickets for Rod Stewart concert at the Roig Arena, València. Tickets purchased were not the ones we received on the day of the concert. Seats were changed into a different area.
VIP extras were not included in the seat allocation we received.
Seat price alone was £150 plus the VIP package - a total of £1,315.63 pence.
TOTAL SCAM FROM THIS SECOND RATE SUPPLIER !

I got my ticket to see BTS in Madrid and it was AMAZING. Thank you so much, Viagogo, for giving me this opportunity to see my boys for the second time!
