Viagogo makes things really easy
Viagogo makes things really easy, nothing complicated, just tickets at a competitive price. The only thing that didn’t go my way on the night was the result, if Viagogo could alter the scoreline, THAT would make the experience even better!!! This is the first place I will look in future.

VIAGOGO IS A SCAM
Please do not buy tickets on viagogo it’s a scam!! They allegedly don’t send tickets until 4 hours before the event once it’s time they say they will send them one hour before, one hour before comes and they don’t send it. This company ruined our holidays and took 500$ from us that will allegedly be refunded

The show was terrific
The show was terrific. We'd a big problem with our seating though as one of our dela gated seats was broken so the staff had to find 2 other seats for us. The two ladies that helped us were marvelous and we really enjoyed the show thanks

Everyone Needs to Go at Least Once
Fantastically entertaining show- people were waltzing in the aisles and singing along to classic hits. It started off a little slow, but picked up pace and never slowed down. Three hours long with a brief intermission. Advice- arrive on time or Andre will tease you as you're finding your seats.

I purchased tickets for an event…
I purchased tickets for an event through Viagogo and never received the tickets.
As a result, I was unable to attend the event.
I contacted customer support several times, but they refuse to issue a refund, claiming there is a dispute with the payment provider (Klarna).
This dispute was not initiated by me and exists only because Viagogo failed to deliver the tickets.
Final outcome:
No tickets
Missed event
No refund
Money blocked for weeks
I also suffered additional losses for flights and hotel booked to attend the event.
Very frustrating experience.
Lack of responsibility and no solution when the service is not provided.
I do not recommend buying tickets from this platform.
