Honestly I heard a lot of bad experiences after I purchased my first ticket but...I kept in touch with viagogo constantly at all times ,I had a good support till the very last till my event date.....when viagogo noticed an issue with my ticket they replaced it instantly....which I was extremely glad.....if I would give an advice for other people I would say PLEASE look for trader sign and instant download sign before purchasing a ticket and always keep in touch with customers service to monitor your ticket situation.

i was a bit uncertain as i’d never heard of viagogo and because it’s an american website, however it was a very smooth process and i got my tickets as soon as i purchased them

I did not receve my ticket as I was suposed to, I contacted costumerservice and they got me a new better seat, I receved my new ticket 1,5 hrs before the show. So it was stressfull but great in the end.

The process was pretty straightforward with smooth timing

Never got the tickets I bought.
Thought I was lucky when I secured my husband and I tickets to a sold out event 3000km from our house.
Spent more than 5 hours, app. 20
Emails, and had at least 4 different chats with customer representatives who all promised me that the tickets were on their way.
Was sent the same tickets twice (which carried the sellers’ names and we could therefore not use). They even told the sellers our personal email address and had suggested that we just used their (hence: fake) IDs to get in.

Finally caved in 2 hours before the event and requested a refund. Not sure if we get that either.
So disappointed to have travelled here and looked forward to a great concert only to be left without any tickets nor explanation.
Would NEVER buy tickets nor trust their internal processes again.

Thanks Viagogo, making my dream come true to see my favourite group perform. We received our tickets on-time and there were no issues. The price of the tickets are not that expensive for someone like me who was not able to purchase tickets on the general sale. Viagogo gave me that chance to be able to go to the concert.

I had no problem with the tickets, everything went smoothly. I also bought tickets on viagogo for other concerts and everything was great

I spent a lot of money to buy the tickets! But I loved the concert!!! Without Viagogo, it wouldn’t have been possible.

Scammers, I did buy a ticket for a concert which didn’t work and they told me was my fault! Yesterday I sold a ticket and the buyer scam me, they canceled the sale and gave him right! This company can just make it wrong and make you lose money.

It was easy and safe. we had a wounderful family time

The concert was amazing, but the viagogo website didn’t work great. It showed the price without the taxes, then it was not loading and when I pressed on pay, I payed the total amount (including taxes) which I didn’t see before. Also the communication was a bit unclear.

I found a good price however, the handling fees are not shown upfront and they’re quite hefty, so I found this a bit deceiving. Also, the online ticket instructions kept prompting to print the tickets which is not necessary but still put a bit of doubt on me. Other than that it was an easy and quick process.

Everything went great. I got my tickets at the right time, without having the nervous feeling that it wont be on time. I will recommend Viagogo anytime. I hope my future orders will go as smooth again.

Lots of added fees that dont appear until checkout

This is the second time using viagogo to purchase concert tickets. The process is straightforward and compared to other reselling sites the fees are lower. No issues with the tickets and viagogo is there every step it away if there ever was an issue.

I was a little scared to use a resale platform but a friend recommended it. My friends and I were able to buy tickets last minute to see Bad Bunny in Paris, it was great! The tickets were sent promptly and we had no issues when presenting it. I do think the price was a bit steep but I think it was worth it, specially because we were able to pick and we chose the best seats.

My tickets were exchanged for a lower category level because the ones I originally bought were fraudulent.

I need a reimbursement for this difference.

I invested a lot of time with support in both cases ensuring that all my tickets were completely transferred to me. Before the replacement, the buyer never transfered to me although it marked as done on Viagogo. Same happened later with the replacement tickets

I never experienced in the past such a painful and stressing experience like this buying tickets on a resale platform. It required contacting chat support many times and in every case I had to repeat myself again.

Awful experience!
